容器）、４は有機金属材料、５はキヤアガスの気
泡、６はアダプタ（ガス流規制部材）、７はアダ
プタ可動部、８はアダプタガス導入口、９はアダ
プタガス排出口である。なお図中同一符号は同一
又は相当部分を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ガス導入及び排出用配管が接続された密封容器
    を有し、該密封容器内に液体の有機金属材料を溜
    めた状態で、キヤリアガスを上記容器内に導入し
    、排出用配管から金属材料の蒸気で飽和されたキ
    ヤリアガスを得る有機金属材料容器において、 上記キヤリアガスの流れを有機金属材料表面近
    傍のみに規制するガス流規制部材を上記密封容器
    内に取り付けたことを特徴とする有機金属材料容
    器。
