- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 集積回路からなるベアチツプを載置したフイル
ム部材と、このフイルム部材に形成され、上記ベ
アチツプに接続された配線パターンとを有した印
刷回路において、 上記フイルム部材には、フイルム部材の両端か
ら配線パターンに至るまでの部分に熱ストレスを
吸収する補助電極を有した補助領域が形成されて
おり、これら補助領域は、印刷回路の長手方向に
対して互いに避けた位置となる上部補助領域また
は下部補助領域からなつていることを特徴とする
印刷回路。
