は同絶縁性樹脂部材とプリント基板との装着状態
を示す要部断面図、第４図は同組上がり状態を示
す要部断面図、第５図は従来装置の部分断面を含
む要部斜視図である。 図中、１は絶縁性樹脂部材、２は側端、３は一
方面、４は広口深溝、５は他方面、６は狭口浅溝
、７は切り欠き溝、８は立ち上がり部、９は突起
部、１０はプリント基板、１１は嵌挿孔、１２は
貫通孔、１３は電気部品、１４は電極脚、１５は
側端部である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 側端と繋がる一方面の角に連設する複数の
広口深溝と、他方面の角に連設する複数の狭口浅
溝と、それぞれの前記広口深溝と同狭口浅溝とを
それぞれに繋げた切り欠き溝を有する絶縁性樹脂
部材と、前記狭口浅溝と係合する複数の貫通孔を
連設したプリント基板とから成り、前記絶縁性樹
脂部材に備えた突起部と前記プリント基板に穿設
した嵌挿孔とを嵌合することにより前記狭口浅溝
の深部と前記貫通孔の側端部とを合わせ、前記そ
れぞれの切り欠き溝をガイドにして前記貫通孔に
電気部品へ取付けた複数の電極脚を同時に挿入せ
しめるようにして成ることを特徴とする電気部品
の取付装置。 (2) 前記切り欠き溝が曲形状もしくは角形状に
して成る請求項(1)記載の電気部品の取付装置。
