が必要となり、経済性の点でも問題があった。[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, a typical continuous cleaning device has a large number of guide rolls arranged in a cleaning liquid tank, and the fabric that is meandered by these guide rolls is brought into repeated contact with the cleaning liquid. , which performs liquid replacement or cleaning,
Such basic cleaning equipment has low cleaning efficiency and requires a large amount of water and time. Therefore, in order to improve the cleaning efficiency, the pressure of cleaning liquid sprayed from multiple nozzle holes is applied to the fabric guided by guide rolls to forcibly remove the impurities attached to the fabric. Many cleaning devices of this type have been developed, but in the case of those that use the jet sealing pressure from the nozzle hole, the fabric to be cleaned by the cleaning device is In the case of thin fabrics that are prone to curling, or fabrics that tend to curl, such as knitted fabrics, the composition of the knitted fabric may be deformed by the jetting pressure of the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzle hole, i.e., silk fabric. In the case of knitted fabrics, there is a problem in that the stitches are uneven, and in knitted fabrics, the stitches are bent, resulting in quality defects. Furthermore, in a cleaning means that sprays pressure-injected liquid from a number of nozzle holes toward the fabric to be transferred, there is a part that directly receives the cleaning liquid sprayed from those nozzle holes, and a part that receives the cleaning liquid indirectly. There is a problem in that the cleaning effect differs depending on the area, resulting in streak-like cleaning unevenness, that is, vertical striped processing unevenness. In addition, the above-mentioned cleaning method that uses pressure-injected liquid sprayed from multiple nozzle holes to act on the fabric requires pressurizing equipment and an energy source to pressurize the cleaning liquid, which also poses problems in terms of economic efficiency. .

Furthermore, since the tram that kites the fabric has liquid permeability, the passage of the cleaning liquid to the inner core of the fabric is facilitated, and the fabric can be continuously washed with high cleaning efficiency.

Inside this cleaning liquid tank 1, there are a plurality of drums 3 for guiding and transporting the fabric 2. It is arranged. This drum 3 is the second
As shown in the figure, a large number of through holes 4 are formed on the circumferential surface of the perforated drum 3, providing liquid permeability over the entire surface of the perforated drum 3. Further, these perforated drums 3 are arranged in two stages, upper and lower, in the cleaning liquid tank 1, but the perforated drums 3 arranged in the upper stage are made so as not to be immersed in the cleaning liquid 5 in the cleaning liquid tank 1. The liquid level is set. 6
is a shower box that showers cleaning water toward the surface of the fabric that is kite-transferred to a perforated drum 3 located in the air, and in this embodiment, two shower boxes are installed in the cleaning liquid tank 1 is placed at the top of the. The details of this shower box 6, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, include a rectangular box body 7, a water supply pipe 8 that supplies washing water from the outside to the inside of this box body, and one piece of this box body 7. An overflow port 9 that opens in the horizontal direction on the side surface, and a backing plate that forms a slight gap (VA(a) of about 1 to 2 mm with the spacer 17 in this embodiment) with respect to the opening surface of the overflow port. 10
This backing plate 1o is fixed to the box main body 7 with the above-mentioned gap maintained by mounting screws 11. Further, the inner end of the box main body 7 of the water supply pipe 8 is formed into an inverted T-shaped dispersion pipe 12 and has a large number of outlet ports, as shown in FIG. 5, in order to allow water to flow in the longitudinal direction of the overflow port 9. 13 are drilled. According to the shower box 6 configured in this way,
The cleaning water supplied into the box body 7 from the water supply pipe 8 is
A gap of approximately 1 to 2 mm formed in the overflow port 9 (
a), the water flows down as a film-like sewage 14 having a width in the width direction of the fabric.

At the same time, washing water is caused to overflow from the shower box 6 toward the fabric 2 guided by the perforated drum 3. As mentioned above, the washing water overflowing from the shower box is a film-like running water (shower water) 14 whose flow width is along the width direction of the fabric to be transferred. This means that uniform washing water is applied without interruption, and as a result, uniform washing water flows down over the entire surface of the fabric, and as a result, good washing without uneven washing can be expected. . In addition, the amount of washing water that flows down from the shower box 6 and is applied to the fabric 2 is facilitated by the perforated drum 3 that guides the fabric having a large number of through holes 4. In other words, the permeability of the cleaning liquid to the inner core of the fabric is improved, and as a result, the fabric can be cleaned effectively while conserving water resources. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the washing water applied to the fabric is applied by gravity, and compared to the conventional application means which applies strong jet pressure water sprayed from a nozzle, for example, the washing water is applied to the silk fabric. Another feature is that it is difficult for fabrics such as knitted fabrics to become distorted or distorted, and it is possible to obtain well-washed fabrics that do not impair quality.

According to this, the drainage tank is a continuous fabric cleaning device equipped with an overflow port that forms a continuous film of flowing water over the entire length of the fabric in the width direction. Since the cleaning liquid applied to the fabric is a free-flowing liquid, no unreasonable external force is applied to the fabric, and problems such as misalignment and crookedness can be eliminated.
