Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 転写紙を支持する転写紙支持体を備え、この転
    写紙支持体が可撓性を有する材料によつて構成さ
    れている転写ドラムと、 転写紙を前記転写ドラムの転写紙支持体上へ送
    る転写紙送り手段と、 前記転写紙送り手段によつて転写ドラムの転写
    紙支持体上へ送られてきた転写紙の先端部を把持
    し、当該転写紙を転写ドラムの転写紙支持体上に
    保持させる転写紙把持手段と、 前記転写ドラムの転写紙支持体の表面に接触し
    、転写紙支持体上に付着した残留トナーを除去す
    るクリーニング部材と、 前記クリーニング部材を転写ドラムの転写紙支
    持体に接触離間させるクリーニング部材接触離間
    手段と、 前記クリーニング部材の接触によつて転写ドラ
    ムの転写紙支持体が撓むのを防止するため転写紙
    支持体を挾みクリーニング部材に対向して配置さ
    れ、転写紙支持体の裏面に接触するバツクアツプ
    部材とを有する画像形成装置において、 前記バツクアツプ部材は、前記転写紙送り手段
    によつて送られ転写紙支持体に到達した転写紙が
    転写紙支持体に接触する転写紙接触領域に対応し
    て配置されていることを特徴とする画像形成装置
    。
