Claims (1)
- 定着ローラと、該定着ローラに圧接する圧接ロ
ーラとの間をトナー像を有する用紙を通過させる
ことにより該トナー像を該用紙に定着させる装置
であり、かつ前記定着ローラと圧接ローラを、印
刷時には、第１の圧接力Ｐ１で強く圧接させ、印
刷待機時には前記圧接力Ｐ１よりも小さな第２の
圧接力Ｐ２で軽く圧接させる様に構成された定着
装置において、前記定着ローラと圧接ローラを離
間させる機構を具備し、しかも用紙詰まり発生時
のみ定着ローラと圧接ローラとが離間する様制御
することを特徴とする、電子写真印刷装置用定着
装置。
