The temperature of molten metal is raised by attaching it.

Particularly in the case of non-ferrous metals such as copper alloys, the amount of remaining hot metal is large.

Because the ring is interposed, during regular inspections and repairs,
First, the thick refractory ring is broken from the outer periphery to expose the solidified metal layer at the joint, and then the solidified metal layer is melted and ruptured to facilitate separation. This can prevent damage to the refractory material that forms the chamber.
