(Prior art) Recently, a new type of molding material has been developed, such as UV-curable FRP sheets, which are made by covering both sides of a glass fiber-containing unsaturated polyester resin layer that can be cured by UV irradiation with UV-transparent films. It has been developed.

Such an FRP sheet is formed into a desired shape using, for example, a mold 100 for vacuum forming, as shown in FIG.
By irradiating the FRP sheet 102 with ultraviolet rays and curing it from 01, it is possible to conveniently manufacture a desired molded product, but the following problems occurred during molding.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) That is, when molding with one side of the FRP sheet 102 along the mold 100 as described above,
Bent parts 1021, 102 of FRP sheet 102
There was a problem in that the product value decreased because wrinkles were formed in the second layer. Furthermore, if the surface of the FRP sheet 102 is uneven, even if the FRP sheet 102 is brought into close contact with the mold 100, the unevenness remains on the outer surface and causes wrinkles, which also poses a problem.

Such wrinkles can be eliminated by pressing both sides of the FRP sheet using a split mold consisting of a male and female mold, or by applying pressure from both sides of the sheet using an air pressure mold. The split molds and air pressure molds up to this point are all made of metals such as iron, so UV rays cannot pass through them, so it is not possible to cure the FRP sheet by irradiating it with UV rays while it is being molded using these molds. It was impossible.

In addition, the vacuum molding molds, split molding molds, and pressure molding molds mentioned above are all so-called batch-type molding molds that mold the molding material one by one, so long molded products such as rain gutters can be continuously molded. It was impossible.

(Means for solving the problem) In order to solve the above problem, the continuous ultraviolet curing molding device of the present invention has a male mold that is convexly curved so as to have a concave space on the back side and a female mold that corresponds to the convex mold. A molding device in which an ultraviolet curable molding material passes continuously between a male die and a female die, the male die being formed of an ultraviolet transparent material, and the ultraviolet curable molding material passing through the male die and the female die with an interval of . It is characterized by being equipped with an ultraviolet irradiation device.

(Operations and Effects) In the continuous ultraviolet curable molding apparatus having such a configuration, while the ultraviolet curable molding material is weakly sandwiched between the male and female molds and continuously passes between the male mold and the female mold,
By irradiating the molding material with ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet irradiation device through the male mold while the molding is in place to prevent wrinkles, the molding material is quickly cured and a long molded product with no wrinkles on the surface is produced. It can be manufactured efficiently. In that case, if the female mold is made of an ultraviolet-transparent material and configured to irradiate ultraviolet light through the male mold, multiple ultraviolet irradiation devices should be installed on the back side of the female mold to uniformly apply the ultraviolet light to the entire molding material. Therefore, the number of ultraviolet irradiation devices increases and the molding device becomes larger, which is economically disadvantageous. However, in the molding device of the present invention, a convex male mold with a concave cavity on the back side is formed of an ultraviolet-transparent material, and an ultraviolet irradiation device is installed in the concave cavity. Just by installing at least one device, the entire molding material can be almost uniformly irradiated with ultraviolet rays and cured, which is economically advantageous and can prevent the molding device from increasing in size.

以下、実施例を挙げて本考案を詳述する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples.

As shown in the figure, the male mold 11 has a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section that is convex and has a concave cavity on the back side.
and a female mold 12 having a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section that covers the male mold 11 are arranged at regular intervals,
The ultraviolet curable molding material such as the long ultraviolet curable FRP sheet 5 is configured to pass between the male mold 11 and the female mold 12 while being weakly sandwiched between the male mold 11 and the female mold 12. In the concave space on the back side of this male mold 11, an ultraviolet irradiation device 2 such as an ultraviolet lamp is installed. This male mold 11 is made of an ultraviolet-transparent material so that the ultraviolet rays from the ultraviolet irradiation device 2 can pass therethrough.

Such a continuous ultraviolet curing molding device 1 is fixedly supported on a support stand 3 or the like, and is incorporated into a production line for rain gutters and the like, as shown in FIG. The long ultraviolet curable FRP sheet 5 that is continuously fed by the feed roll 4 is bent into a substantially inverted U shape by the plurality of forming rolls 6 and then transferred to the continuous ultraviolet curable molding device 1. The FRP sheet 5 was continuously passed between the male mold 11 and the female mold 12 while being weakly sandwiched between the male mold 11 and the female mold 12, and during that time, the FRP sheet 5 was irradiated with ultraviolet rays from the ultraviolet irradiation device 2 through the male mold 11. It hardens quickly when exposed to ultraviolet rays, creating long molded products such as rain gutters, etc.
is produced continuously. The molded product 5' obtained in this way has an FRP sheet 5 with a male mold 11 and a female mold 1.
Since it is cured while being weakly sandwiched between the two surfaces, both surfaces have no wrinkles and have a good appearance.

As in the present invention, the male mold 11 is formed of an ultraviolet-transparent material, and the ultraviolet irradiation device 2 is placed in the concave space on the back side of the male mold 11.
By installing at least one ultraviolet irradiation device 2, the entire FRP sheet 5 can be irradiated with ultraviolet rays almost uniformly and quickly cured, which is economically advantageous, and the molding device becomes larger. Not at all. In some cases, the female mold 12 may also be made of an ultraviolet-transparent material, and the male mold 11 and the female mold 1
It may be configured such that ultraviolet rays are irradiated from both back surfaces of the device.

In addition, when the ultraviolet curable FRP sheet 5 is cured by exposure to ultraviolet rays, the temperature rises to 100°C due to heat generation.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3A, it is preferable that the female mold 12 has a hollow structure so that the cooling water 7 can be passed inside. Particularly when the male die 11 is made of transparent synthetic resin, it is desirable that the male die 11 also have a hollow structure and be cooled with cooling water 7, as shown in FIG.
