従来技術 サドルを融着するに当つて管の融着面をヒータ

く、融着面にヒータフエースが全面に亘つてぴつ
たりと接触せず融着不良を生じることがある。こ
のため従来は融着前に管の融着面を矯正クランプ
で抱き締め、融着面の径がヒータフエースの径と
一致するように矯正しているが、融着時にはヒー
タフエースを押付ける際の邪魔となるため取外さ
ねばならず折角矯正した部分が元に戻つて矯正効
果が十分に上がりにくかつた。

4を両側片1a,1bで抱き締め固定できるよう
にしてある。パイプクランプ1の一側片1aには
また矩形状の窓7が形成され、該窓7を通してサ
ドルホルダー8との間に吊持されるヒータフエー
ス9が管4に押付けられるようになつている。サ
ドルホルダー8は既知のように、ヒータフエース
9に面する側にサドル11が着脱可能に取付けら
れるようになつており、ハンドル12操作によつ
てヒータフエース9に向つて進退し、前進時にお
いてヒータフエース9を押し動かし管4に押付け
る作用を行う。
