電回路と、前記第一の電池電圧を監視し、電池が
放電直前になつたことを検出する電圧検出部と、
該検出部が電池の放電直前を検出したことを外部
に表示する警告表示部と、該検出部が電池の放電
直前電圧を検出したとき、前記第二の電池の出力
をオンとするスイツチ部とを備えたことを特徴と
