Claims (1)
- 界磁極を有する固定部と、巻線を有して前記固
定部に対して前後方向に直線移動可能な可動部と
を有するボイスコイルモータにおいて、前記固定
部の前端部と可動部の前端部とを前記前後方向に
相対移動可能なラビリンス構造とし、前記巻線の
表面に開口していると共に、前記固定部の後端面
から前記巻線の前部までに亘つて設けられた冷却
流路と、該流路と連通すると共に前記固定部の側
面に開口した側方流路とを具備したことを特徴と
するボイスコイルモータ。
