在とすると共に、その満水時においてカウンター

され、一方加熱容器の下方には加熱用の燃焼装置
を設けると共に、燃焼装置の被蓋方向に常時附勢
される揺動自在の消火蓋を設け、この消火蓋は加
熱容器の下降時においてその底部によつて開放状
態に係止されることを特徴とするコーヒー及び茶
の抽出装置。 ２ 揺動軸の反対側に延長したアーム端にカウン
ターウエイトを配することにより消火蓋の被蓋方
向への附勢手段とした請求項１記載のコーヒー及
