Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 吸着用パツドの回り止め並びに案内機構におい
    て、 吸着用パツドの根本部に取着されフランジを有
    する管状体と、 前記吸着用パツドを変位させる変位手段に装着
    されるカバー部材とからなり、 前記管状体のフランジに前記管状体よりも摺動
    抵抗の少ない第１のブツシユを装着し、前記カバ
    ー部材の内側に前記カバー部材よりも摺動抵抗の
    少ない第２のブツシユを装着し、 前記第１ブツシユの凹凸と前記第２ブツシユの
    凸凹とを噛合させて前記吸着用パツドの軸方向の
    変位を案内させ且つ吸着用パツドの回転を阻止さ
    せることを特徴とする吸着用パツドの回り止め並
    びに案内機構。
