Claims (1)
- ２つのトランジスタによる差動回路を含んで電
圧信号を圧縮する回路と該圧縮された信号を伸長
して電流信号を出力する回路とを有するＶ／Ｉ変
換回路において、前記２つのトランジスタの各出
力端子と２つのトランジスタの共通接繞点との間
に補助トランジスタを接続すると共に、前記２つ
のトランジスタのうち前記電圧信号の入力される
方のトランジスタには第１の電流源を接続し、か
つ前記補助トランジスタ及び他方のトランジスタ
には前記第１の電流源の２倍の電流を供給する第
２の電流源を接繞したことを特徴とするＶ／Ｉ変
換回路。
