Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１の電源電位と出力ノードとの間に接続され
、第１の信号に基づきオン・オフ動作する第１の
ＭＯＳトランジスタと、 前記出力ノードと第２の電源電位との間に接続
され、第２の信号に基づき前記第１のＭＯＳトラ
ンジスタに対して相補的にオン・オフ動作する第
２のＭＯＳトランジスタとを、 備えたＣＭＯＳ構成の出力ドライバにおいて、 前記出力ノードから前記第１の電源電位へ流れ
る逆電流を遮断する電流遮断手段を 設けたことを特徴とする出力ドライバ。
