In such an air conditioner 1, both the heat exchangers 15 and 16 are integrated with a cooler and a hot water coil, with a hot water pipe 47 in the center and refrigerant pipes 48 with fins on both sides of this pipe. It is placed through. During heating, liquid heated by a boiler (not shown) or the like flows from below to above the hot water pipe 47 of the first heat exchanger 16 as shown by the solid line arrow in FIG. The hot water is led to the hot water pipe 47 of the second heat exchanger 15, where it again flows from below to above. On the other hand, during cooling, the compressor and condenser in the cooling unit (not shown) radiate heat and liquefy the refrigerant to the refrigerant pipes 4 of the two heat exchangers 15 and 16 as shown by solid line arrows in Figure 3.
I try to make it flow evenly to 8. In addition, the broken line arrow in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 shows the flow of air.

(g) Effects of the invention As described above, the air conditioner of the invention has the water piping fittings for the hot water coil and the refrigerant piping fittings for the cooler arranged so as to sandwich the electrical box, so that the refrigerant piping and this Since the sides of the electrical equipment box are positioned around the fittings connected to the pipes to create a compact space, it is easier to spread insulation material around the refrigerant pipes and fittings. In this way, it is difficult for dew to form on the pipes and connectors, which prevents dew from being transmitted to other parts and reduces the risk of dew leaking outside the machine. In addition, the terminal board to which the electric wires are connected was attached to the water piping side of the electrical box and kept as far away as possible from the refrigerant pipes, where dew tends to accumulate during cooling, making it difficult for dew to be transmitted to this terminal board, reducing the risk of electrical leakage. It can be eliminated.
