[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a slip ring that transmits power or electrical signals to rotating objects such as winders for films, tapes, sheets, etc., turntables for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, food manufacturing equipment, etc. be. [Prior Art] As shown in Fig. 4, a slip ring requires a rotating terminal portion 1 that connects to a rotating object, a fixed terminal portion 2 that connects to a fixed side, and a sliding portion 3 that relays the two. A slip ring having such a structure has been known for some time. By the way, in a slip ring, the characteristics of the slide portion 3 are the key to whether or not a minute signal can be accurately transmitted. In other words, the influence of noise is the most serious problem in measurement and control using low-level signals, and in control, there are many malfunctions caused by nozzles, and in measurement, in some cases, noise is being measured. It could also happen. In particular, with regard to slip rings, noise caused by abrasion powder becomes a major problem since the contact portions slip. Conventionally, as a slip ring, Fig. 13A,
As shown in FIG.
A structure in which the flat band ring 5 on the ring stand 4 and the hemispherical contact 7 are in contact as shown in FIGS. A and B, and a flat band on the ring stand 4 as shown in FIGS. A structure in which a ring 5 and a wire contact 8 are brought into contact is known. [Problems to be solved by the invention] By the way, among the conventional techniques shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B, although the contact stability is increased by increasing the contact area, As shown in the figure, with continued use, it is inevitable that abrasion powder a will be generated from the sliding contact, and if this abrasion powder a is caught between the flat band ring 5 and the square contact 6, the flat ring Since there are 5 band rings and 6 flat contacts, and the contact width is wide, the trapped wear particles a
There is no escape. In other words, it slides while being held in place, which naturally generates noise. Therefore, it is impossible to energize small signals with wide contacts, and Fig. 14 A, B and Fig. 15 A, B
The point contact shall be as shown in . However, the first
In the case shown in Figs. 4A and B, the wear particles a are not caught, but the hemispherical contact 7 always passes through the same place on the flat ring 5, causing scratches on the ring 5 and eventually causing wear. Groove b is formed and abrasion powder a of the groove bank
falls into the groove b, producing noise similar to that shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B. Furthermore, in the case shown in FIGS. 15A and 15B,
There is no big difference from those shown in FIGS. 14A and 14B, and noise is generated. The present invention was devised in view of the problems of the conventional technology, and its purpose is to provide a round sliding ring, a semicircular sliding ring, a semicircular sliding ring, a semicircular sliding ring, and a semicircular sliding ring. The synergistic effect of the contact grease formed on the ring and the thin oil film layer allows stable electrical contact over a long period of time, and improves the lubricity when the contacts slide, preventing contact wear. The object of the present invention is to provide a slip ring which is particularly suitable for use in microcurrent circuits and has excellent reliability with minimal noise effects caused by abrasion particles. [Means for Solving the Problems] For this purpose, the present invention provides a slip ring for transmitting power or electric signals to a rotating object, in which a ring is mounted on a disc-shaped ring base 13 that rotates integrally with the main shaft 10 of the rotating object. A plurality of grooves 14 are provided around the circumference in a concentric manner, and approximately half of a circular sliding ring 15 having a circular cross section is fitted into each of these grooves 14 and fixed thereto. In addition to being electrically connected to the terminals of the respective round sliding rings 15, a thin oil film layer 9 of contact grease is applied and formed on the entire outer surface of each of the round sliding rings 15.
A contact 20 having a semi-cylindrical cross section is connected to each of the terminals 2 through a brush 21 which is electrically connected to the terminal of the fixed terminal section 2.
The structure is characterized by a structure in which the electrodes are brought into point contact in a crisscross pattern. [Operation] In the slip ring configured in this way, the ring base 1 is rotated through the rotation of the main shaft 10 of the rotating object.
3 and the circular sliding ring 15 which is in point contact with the fixed brush contact rotates and continues to rotate.
A semi-cylindrical contact point 2 that is in point contact with it in a criss-cross pattern.
The sliding rotation with respect to 0 is achieved by the contact sliding with a thin oil film layer 9 of contact grease coated on the entire outer surface of the circular sliding ring 15, which improves the lubricating oil.
Contact wear is prevented. Therefore, the influence of noise caused by wear particles can be minimized,
Power or electrical signals are accurately transmitted to rotating objects. [Example] An example will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 1 and 2, a main shaft pipe 11 is fitted and fixed to a main shaft 10 of a rotating object (not shown).
A disk-shaped ring stand 13 is screwed onto the outer periphery of the ring stand adapter 12 via a ring stand adapter 12, so that the main shaft pipe 11 and the ring stand 13 rotate integrally with the rotation of the main shaft 10. A plurality of concave grooves 14 are concentrically provided on the upper surface of the ring stand 13, and a circular sliding ring 15 with a circular cross section is disposed with approximately half of the circular sliding ring 15 inserted into the concentric grooves 14. At the same time, the screws 17 are welded to the lower surface of the sliding ring 15 at predetermined intervals and are fixed by tightening nuts 18 to screws 17 that protrude from the lower surface of the ring base 13 through the through holes 16 of the ring base 13. , the sliding ring 15 rotates together with the ring stand 13. A thin oil film layer 9 of contact grease is applied and formed on the entire outer surface of each round sliding ring 15, and the contact grease oil film layer 9 improves lubricity when the contacts slide. This is designed to prevent wear and reduce the influence of noise caused by abrasion particles as much as possible. Note that the contact grease is sufficient as long as it provides lubricity for the contacts to slide, so the sliding ring 15
It is sufficient that the oil film layer 9 is formed on the entire outer surface of the sliding ring. If there is too much grease mixed with wear particles, it may be pushed out to the side surface of the sliding ring and leak into the adjacent circuit, so a thin oil film layer should be formed. It is preferable to apply a thin layer with your fingertips, making sure to apply it as thinly as possible. As shown in FIG. 4, each round sliding ring 15 is
It is electrically connected to the terminal of the rotary terminal portion 1 via the rotary side wiring 19 soldered to the screw 17 . The contact points 20 in contact with each round sliding ring 15 have a semicylindrical cross section, and are in cross-point point contact with the sliding ring 15. The semicylindrical contact 20 is attached to a brush 21, and the brush 21 is fastened with screws 25 to a brush mounting plate 24 fixed to a mounting L-shaped plate 23 fixed to a column 22, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, it is electrically connected to the terminal of the fixed terminal section 2 via the fixed side wiring 26 soldered to the screw 25. The material of the round sliding ring 15 is preferably Ag3 (92% Ag, 6% Cu, 2% Cd), and the material of the semicircular contact is Pd-
Ag alloy is used, and as contact grease,
Special grease PS (manufactured by Nihon Koyu Co., Ltd.) is used. In the slip ring according to the present invention, a thin oil film layer 9 of contact grease is applied and formed on a circular sliding ring 15, and the sliding ring 15 has semicylindrical contacts 20.
The device is characterized by a configuration in which point contact is made in a crisscross pattern, and the following experiment was conducted to confirm the effect of the characteristics based on this configuration. Experiment 1 Torque comparison experiment (experiment method) Fix the slip ring body, attach the adapter to the main shaft, adjust it to the torque dial, determine the positions of A, B, C, and D based on one rotating terminal, and then At each position, the rotational torque of the same sample was measured when contact grease was applied and when no contact grease was applied (the grease was completely removed with alcohol). Note that the brush pressure (100 g) and bearing friction are the same, and the difference in torque value represents the difference in friction between the contact and the sliding ring. Table 1 shows the results when contact grease was applied, and Table 2 shows the results when contact grease was not applied.

According to the present invention, the circular sliding ring 1
5, the semi-cylindrical contacts 20 that are in cross-point contact with these contacts, and the thin oil film layer 9 made of contact grease applied to the circular sliding ring 15, resulting in long-term stable electrical contact. In addition, the lubricity of the sliding contact points is improved to prevent wear of the contacts, and the influence of noise caused by wear particles is minimized, resulting in excellent reliability. In addition, even if wear occurs, the wear particles will adhere to the oil film layer 9 and be pushed out to the outside and below of the sliding ring 15, and once pushed out, the viscosity of the grease will prevent it from being damaged by wind, vibration, etc. without returning to
Furthermore, since there is no possibility of scattering to other adjacent circuits, the influence of abrasion powder on the nozzle is minimized, and minute signals can be transmitted accurately.

スリツプリング。[Claim for Utility Model Registration] In a slip ring for transmitting power or electrical signals to a rotating object, a plurality of concave grooves 14 are concentrically provided on a disc-shaped ring base 13 that rotates integrally with the main shaft 10 of the rotating object. Approximately half of the circular sliding rings 15 having a circular cross section are fitted into these grooves 14 and fixed thereto, and are electrically connected to the terminals of the rotary terminal section 1 on the lower surface side thereof. A thin oil film layer 9 of contact grease is applied and formed on the entire outer surface of each of the round sliding rings 15.
A contact 20 having a semi-cylindrical cross section is connected to each of the terminals 2 through a brush 21 which is electrically connected to the terminal of the fixed terminal section 2.
A slip spring characterized by a structure in which two points are brought into point contact in a crisscross pattern.
