As is well known, forceps, which are an example of this type of treatment tool, are used to insert a flexible tube section with a forceps section attached to the tip so that it can be opened and closed through the forceps channel of an endoscope to remove tissue fragments within the body cavity. Although they are used for collecting and treating them, it is most rational to store them when they are not in use, usually by hanging them due to storage space or convenience of storage and removal. It has been said that there is.

あつた。 By the way, this type of treatment instrument can also be used for endoscopes with an insertion section of about 2.5 m in length, such as a duodenoscope, so the length of the flexible tube section is inevitably long. I have no choice but to become. At this time, when considering the height of the person handling the instrument, there is a limit to the height of the hook or other hanging device from which the treatment instrument is hung, so the flexible tube of the treatment instrument must be larger than the height of the hanging device. The remaining parts were left lying on the floor, which was not only unhygienic, but in some cases could even be stepped on and damaged.

The cup-shaped double-opening forceps section at the tip is opened and locked into the engagement hole of the operator.

However, in the conventional treatment instrument,
Since the collars formed at predetermined intervals on the operator are disk-shaped, when this treatment instrument is hung and stored in a locker-type storage case, the collars come into contact with the wall of the case, There is a problem that a large storage space is required and the storage space is wasted. Further, when such a treatment instrument is placed on a desk or the like, if the flange of the operator is formed into a disk shape, there is a drawback that it is easy to roll and easily fall off the desk or the like.

The present invention is a hand-operated operating unit equipped with an operating element that is slidable along the axial direction of a shaft-like operating body that has a hanging part for a hanging tool provided in a locker-type storage case, etc. a flexible section whose base end is connected to the distal end of the shaft-like operating body; and an operating element provided at the distal end of the flexible section and along the axial direction of the shaft-like operating body. A treatment part that is operated by reciprocating sliding via an operating wire, and a pair of flanges formed on the operator, and an engagement hole through which the treatment part is formed in at least one of the flanges. The endoscopic treatment instrument is characterized in that at least one side of the flange of the operator is cut out and formed into a flat shape.

In the endoscopic treatment instrument of the present invention, the disc-shaped collar formed on the operator is cut out on one side and formed flat, so it does not roll off from a desk, etc. It can be prevented. In addition, even when storing the instrument by hanging it in a locker-type storage case, the flange of the operator is cut out and formed into a flat shape, so the treatment instrument must be stored tightly. I can do it. In addition, the engagement holes for locking the distal end of the flexible tube of the treatment instrument are located in a pair of flanges formed at a predetermined interval on the operator so as to follow the curved shape of the flexible tube. Since the tubes are staggered, there is no tendency for the flexible tube to curl even when the endoscopic treatment instrument is suspended and stored in a locker-type storage case.

る。 The endoscopic treatment instrument according to the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. First, the endoscopic treatment tool includes a hand operation section 10 that the operator uses during operation, and an insertion section 12 that is inserted into the forceps channel of the endoscope.
It consists of First, to explain the hand operation section 10, there is a shaft-shaped body 14 in the center of the hand operation section 10.
An operator 16 is slidably fitted into this shaft-like body 14. The operator 16 has a cylindrical central portion and flanges 18 and 20 at its upper and lower ends. There are screws 22 in the radial direction on the lower collar 20.
is drilled, and this screw 22 is screwed into a slider 24 that is slidably disposed within the shaft-like body 14, whereby the operator 16 and the slider 24 are integrally connected. The screw 22 is positioned and guided within a guide groove 23 formed in the shaft-like body 14. A rear end portion of an operating wire 26 is fixed to the slider 24, and a tip end portion of the wire 26 is connected to a forceps portion 34 as described later. A ring-shaped finger hook 28 is formed at the upper end of the shaft-like body 14 . During operation, the thumb is inserted into the finger hook 28, and in this state, the operator 16 is operated using the index finger and middle finger. When this operator 16 is operated, a forceps section 34 connected via a wire 26 opens and closes, as will be described later.

操作をするようになつている。 Next, the structure of the insertion section 12 will be explained. The outer circumference of the insertion section 12 is formed of a flexible tube 30, and the upper proximal end 32 of the flexible section 30 has a shaft-shaped body 14 of the operating section 10. It is fixed at the bottom end. The wire 26 is inserted into the flexible tube 30 up to its tip. A forceps portion 3 is provided at the tip of the flexible tube 30.
4 is formed. The tip of the wire 26 is fixed to a connecting block 36.
Links 40 and 42 are rotatably supported via pins 38. The other ends of the links 40, 42 are rotatably connected via pins 44, 46 to forceps pieces 48, 50 formed in a substantially dogleg shape. The forceps pieces 48 and 50 are pivotally supported by a pin 52 on the forceps main body at their overlapping portions. Therefore, when the operator 16 is moved up and down and the operating wire 26 is pushed or pulled in, the forceps pieces 48 and 50 rotate in opposite directions about the pin 52 to perform opening and closing operations.

A, 20A are formed. Also, this tsuba 18,
20 is formed with engagement holes 18B and 20B for the forceps portion. These engagement holes 18B and 20B are connected to the flexible tube 3.
They are formed with their positions shifted from each other so as to follow the curved shape of 0.

The forceps section 34 is inserted into the engagement holes 18B and 20B, and then the forceps section 34 is opened and engaged with the operator 16, and in this state, the finger hook section 28 is inserted into the storage case 50.
It is hung from the L-shaped hanging tool 52 inside. In this case, the flanges 18 and 20 are cut out on both sides and are formed flat, so that they are in close contact with the wall 50A inside the storage case 50, thereby saving storage space.
