水を逆洗用の水として使用することで、In recent years, filters with micropores such as hollow fiber membranes,
Water purifiers using this filter have been attracting attention recently because they can remove even minute particles and bacteria from raw water. However, the fact that it is possible to remove even minute particles like this has the disadvantage that the fine organic and inorganic substances collected on the filter surface tend to become clogged, and over a short period of time. It has the disadvantage that the flow rate decreases. Furthermore, even if a filter made of activated carbon or the like is used, substances adhering to the filter surface will impair the performance of the filter. For this purpose, there are devices that perform backwashing by temporarily flowing water in the opposite direction. In particular, by using water that has been purified with a filter as water for backwashing,

。However, in conventional water purifiers with a backwashing function, the user must perform backwashing operations each time, which is time-consuming. Also, the more frequently backwashing is done, the more effective it is and the longer the filter can be used, but the fact that backwashing is necessary is sometimes forgotten. Therefore, the effectiveness of backwashing becomes low. The present invention has been made in view of these points, and its main purpose is to provide a water purifier that backwashes each time it is used, without the user being conscious of backwashing.

The first characteristic is that the purified water discharge port is provided with a valve that opens and closes depending on the amount of purified water accumulated in the purified water storage section, and the second characteristic is that the The third feature is that the part receiving the raw water pressure supplied from the switching part in the switching part is arranged on the axis of the raw water supply path from the switching valve, and the switching part that switches the flow of water and the switching part a water purification section that purifies water supplied through the water purification section; a purified water storage section that is installed between the water purification section and the purified water outlet and stores purified water; and a water purification section that purifies water supplied through the water purification section; A drainage section that selectively discharges raw water used as a power source for backwashing and purified water used for backwashing in conjunction with a switching section. The fourth feature is that it is equipped with a switching section that switches the flow of water, a water purification section that purifies the water supplied through the switching section, and a water purification section that is provided between the water purification section and the purified water outlet. It is equipped with a purified water storage section that stores purified water, and a backwash section that sends the purified water stored in this purified water storage section back to the water purification section using the raw water pressure supplied from the switching section, and the raw water supply to this backwash section is switched. The fifth feature is that the section is set at a water-saving water discharge position, and further includes a switching section for switching the flow of water, a water purification section for purifying water supplied through the switching section, a water purification section and a purified water outlet. and a backwashing section that sends the purified water stored in the purified water storage section back to the water purification section using raw water pressure supplied from the switching section. A sixth feature is that the device is provided with a display means that is linked to the movement of the movable member of the section. [Function] According to the first feature of the present invention, since backwashing is automatically performed in conjunction with the water stop operation, the user does not need to be aware of backwashing. , which can prevent deterioration of the life of the water purification unit due to backwashing.
Moreover, since raw water pressure is used as the power for backwashing, no operating force is required, and it is sufficient to simply switch the flow path with a switching valve.According to the second feature, the next backwash In addition to ensuring that the purified water used during the process is stored in the purified water storage section, it also prevents dirt and germs from entering from the purified water outlet.According to the third feature, Since the drainage channel for raw water used as the power for washing and the drainage channel for purified water used for backwashing can be shared, it is possible to achieve compactness, and as shown in Figure 4. For example, it is possible to increase the water pressure of purified water for backwashing flowing back through the water purification unit, thereby achieving good backwashing. The sixth feature is to make the user aware that it is in a backwashing state, and to prevent the user from leaving it in a state where large water pressure is applied. In addition to this, it also makes it easier for the user to confirm that the device is in a backwashing state. [Embodiment 1] The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated embodiment. This water purifier includes a switching section 1 that switches the flow of water, and a cartridge filter 4 that purifies the water supplied through the switching section 1. The water purification unit 3 is configured to include a backwash unit 2 containing a purified water storage unit and a backwash unit. The switching part 1 is attached to the faucet 9 by a mounting nut 11 that engages with an attachment aid 14 that is used depending on the shape of the tip of the faucet 9 and is screwed into the main body housing 10.
It is equipped with a valve chamber 50 containing a rotary type switching valve 5 therein, and a shower cap 12 is attached to the lower end. In the figure, 15 is in contact with the tip of the faucet 9, and
This is a water-stop gasket that comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the switching valve 5, which will be described later. This shower cap 12 has a foam unit 1 in the center.
The water outlet 16 to which the valve chamber 50 is attached is equipped with a large number of small holes 17 around the periphery for shower-like water sprinkling. They are communicated through a partition 19. In the figure, 18 is a foam unit disposed at the water outlet 16, which includes a foam plate 182 with a large number of foam holes and a chevron-shaped foam net 1.
A foam case 184, which is formed by blocking 83 with a fixing ring 185, is assembled into a foam case 181 together with a plurality of foam nets 180. The valve chamber 50 having a circular cross section has an upper opening communicating with the faucet 9, a lower opening communicating with the water outlet, an opening communicating with the outer peripheral space of the partition 19, an opening communicating with the backwash section 2, and a water purification section 3. The switching valve 5 housed here has an upper opening in the valve chamber 50, and an opening leading to the valve chamber 50.
Four types of communication holes 5 that selectively communicate with other four openings
1 to 54. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, a cylindrical body 55 and a ring 59, which rotate together with the switching valve 5, are attached to both ends of the switching valve 5 in the axial direction. In the figure, reference numeral 60 denotes a presser frame for holding down the switching valve 5, and reference numeral 13 denotes a lever 13 attached to one end of the switching valve 5. A lever 13.91 is biased by a spring 92 and engages with a click hole formed on the outer circumferential surface of the ring 59. This is a ball that provides clicks at a plurality of positions regarding the rotation of the switching valve 5. Further, reference numeral 93 connects the emergency drainage port formed in the flow path connecting the faucet 9 and the water purification section 3 with the spring 9.
It is a ball that is closed while being biased by 4,
One ends of springs 92 and 94, which release water when the water pressure in the purified water discharge becomes abnormally high, are received by the partition 19. The backwash unit 2 is formed integrally with the main body housing 10 and is located on the same axis as the switching valve 5 in a cylinder 22 whose end opening is closed by a lid 22 having a purified water outlet 21. A piston 26 is disposed therein, and a valve 25 for opening and closing a passage between the cylinder 22 and the purified water outlet 21 is provided. In addition, within this backwash section 2, a protrusion 56 that is disposed on the outer periphery of a cylinder 55 that rotates together with the switching valve 5 and protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder 55 is provided in a cam groove on the inner peripheral surface. An engaging slide valve 57 is provided. This slide valve 57 is configured to slide in the axial direction as the cylindrical body 55 rotates. The valve 25 is fixed to one end of a valve shaft 25 that axially passes through a support cylinder 28 fixed to the lid 20 and is slidable in the axial direction. and the purified water outlet 21 is biased in a direction to close the flow path between the water outlet 21 and the purified water outlet 21. The water purification section 3 includes a connecting tube 30 extending to the back side of the backwash section 2.
A tank cover 31 is placed over the tank cover 31, and a cartridge filter 4 is housed inside the tank cover 31. As shown in FIG. 5, this cartridge filter 4 is a case provided with an inflow lower 1 having a check valve 46 arranged on one end surface, a discharge lower 2, a discharge lower 3, and a drain valve 47. A furnace material 45 made of a hollow fiber membrane, a P material 44 made of activated carbon, a nonwoven fabric filter 43, and a net 42 held by a net frame 41 are arranged inside the case 40. The water enters the filter storage space from the net 42 side at the other end of the case 40 through a passage 33 that is separated from the filter storage space, and enters the filter storage space through the nonwoven fabric filter 43, P material 44, and R material. After coming into contact with 45, it flows out from the discharge lower 3. In the figure, 80, 85, 86 are O-rings, 81, 82 are seal packings attached to the switching valve 5, and 83 are pistons 2.
6 is a seal gasket attached to the slide valve 57, and 84 is a seal gasket attached to the slide valve 57. 3 to 5 show the state in which the switching valve 5 is set to the water stop position by operating the lever 13, and water flowing into the valve chamber 50 from the faucet 10 flows through the communication hole 51 in the switching valve 5.
It enters the cylindrical body 55 at one end of the switching valve 5 through the gap formed by the groove between the bottomed cylindrical part 27 integral with the piston 26 and the cylindrical body 55, and enters the inside of the cylinder 22 in FIG. It fills the space β to the left of the piston 26. Incidentally, at this point, since the opening between the drainage lower 4 and the space β formed on the outer wall of the backwash section 2 is closed by the slide valve 57, water will not flow out from this state. do not have. Furthermore, at this point, water pressure is not applied inside the cartridge filter 4, so the drain valve 47 is open, and the drain lower 2 and the drain lower 4 are connected through a groove formed on the outer periphery of the slide valve 57. Because of this, air flows into the cartridge filter 4 from the water drain valve 47, and water in the cartridge filter 4 is formed on the discharge lower 2, the drainage lower 4, and the bottom surface of the tank cover 30. The water is discharged to the outside through the drain port 32, so that anaerobic bacteria are not generated within the cartridge filter 4. If the communication hole 53 of the switching valve 5 is brought into communication with the faucet 10 by operating the lever 13 as shown in FIG.
Since it faces the space between the inner surface and the outer peripheral surface of the partition 19, it flows into this space and the shower head 12
It is discharged downward through the small hole 17 of. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, when the faucet 10 side and the water outlet 16 are communicated through the communication hole 54 penetrating the switching valve 5, the water from the faucet 9 contains foam by the foam unit 18. After the water is turned into water, the water is discharged from the water discharge port 16. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, if one end of the communication hole 52 of the switching valve 5 is communicated with the faucet 10 side, the other end of the communication hole 52 is connected to the main body as shown in FIG. Since the connection lower 5 passing through the housing 10 is connected to the inflow lower 1 of the cartridge filter 4 in the water purification section 3, water enters the cartridge filter and is filtered by the filter, then passes through the discharge lower 3 to the backwash section. 2 into the space α between the piston 26 and M2O. At this time, the valve 25 is biased by the spring 24 to open the purified water drain port 21.
A cylindrical body 55 that closes the switching valve 25 and rotates together with the switching valve 25.
In order to move the slide valve 55 to the position where the drain lower 4 is opened, the purified water (purified water) flowing into the space α
presses the piston 26 and drains the water that has entered the space β to the drain lower 4 and the drain port 3 formed in the tank cover 30.
It is discharged to the outside through 2. Note that the check valve 58 disposed at the end of the communication hole 51 prevents the water that has entered the space β from flowing back toward the switching valve 5 side. If the purified water that has flowed into the space α pushes the piston 26 completely, the piston 26 will move as shown in FIGS.
6 is pushed against the spring 24, the valve 25 moves and the purified water outlet 21 opens. Water is sprayed. At this point, the drain lower 2 in the cartridge filter 4 is closed by the slide valve 57 that moves in the same direction as the piston 26, as shown in FIG. 10, and the drain valve 47 is also closed by water pressure. In addition, the purified water outlet 21 opens in the space α, which is the purified water storage area.
This is done only when the filter is fully filled with purified water, which also prevents dirt and germs from entering through the purified water outlet 21. When the discharge of purified water is finished and the switching valve 5 is returned to the water stop position as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, backwashing is performed as follows. That is, when one end of the communication hole 51 of the switching valve 5 is connected to the faucet 9, water from the faucet 9 flows into the space β in the backwash section 2 through the communication hole 51, presses the piston 26, and reduces the volume of the space α. try to make it smaller. At this time, the slide valve 57 moves in conjunction with the rotation of the cylindrical body 55 that rotates together with the switching valve 5, thereby communicating the discharge lower 2 and the drainage lower 4 through a groove formed on the outer periphery of the slide valve 57. . Also, as the piston 26 moves, the valve 2
5 closes the purified water outlet 21. Therefore, the purified water accumulated in the space α is transferred to the cartridge filter through the discharge lower 3 as the piston 26 moves due to the pressure of the raw water flowing into the space β from the faucet 9. 4, and is discharged to the outside through the drain port 32 formed at the bottom of the drain lower 2, the drain lower 4, and the tank cover 30, and finally returns to the state shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. After discharging purified water, each time the water is turned off, backwashing with purified water is performed. In addition, the drainage of raw water used as the power for backwashing and the drainage of purified water used for backwashing is carried out by the discharge lower 2 and the drainage lower 4, which are opened and closed by a slide valve 57 that moves according to the operation of the switching valve 5. The reason for doing both is to make the drains more compact by sharing the drainage channels. Furthermore, since the water pressure of raw water is used as the driving force for backwashing, and the discharge pressure of purified water is used to drain the raw water used as the power for backwashing, this water purifier requires no operation of the switching valve 5. The force required for this is only required to switch the waterway, and only a light operating force is required. Furthermore, during backwashing, it is preferable that the water pressure of the purified water flowing back through the cartridge filter 4 is higher than the water pressure of the water flowing inside the cartridge filter 4 when purified water is discharged. 5 and piston 2
6 are arranged on the same axis so that the raw water entering the backwash section 2 from the switching valve 5 directly presses the piston 26. can be ensured. Other embodiments are shown in FIGS. 17 to 21. This is a small-diameter communication hole 510 that is connected to the communication hole 51 so that a small amount of water can be discharged to the switching valve 5, and a small amount of water from the water discharge port 16 is connected to the communication hole 51 to indicate that backwashing is being performed. The amount of water is clearly indicated by the amount of water discharged. In this case, the passage and cylinder 22 are not deformed by the raw water pressure during backwashing because they are not left in the backwashing state for a long time. Figures 18 and 19 show the initial state of backwashing, and
Figure 0 shows the time when purified water is being discharged, and Figure 21 shows the time when raw water is being discharged. The embodiment shown in FIG. 22 uses a bellows 260 in place of the piston 26 of the backwash section 2 in the navigation embodiment. 23 and 24 show that a display plate 261 is provided on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the bellows 260, and a transparent display window 200 is provided on the outer wall of the backwash section 2.
When the bellows 26O is in the backwashing state, a sign plate 261 is made visible through the display window 200, thereby clearly indicating to the user that the bellows 26O is in the backwashing state.

。As described above, according to the first feature of the present invention, after discharging purified water, if the water is returned to the water stop position, the purified water that has been stored in the purified water storage section will automatically reverse the water purification section. The user does not need to be aware of backwashing, which can reliably extend the life of the furnace material, and it uses raw water pressure as the power for backwashing. To use it, no operating force is required, and it is sufficient to simply switch the flow path with a switching valve. In addition, according to the second feature, the purified water used for the next backwashing is reliably stored in the purified water storage section, and the intrusion of dirt and germs from the purified water outlet is suppressed. be able to. The third feature is that the drainage channel for raw water used as power for backwashing and the drainage channel for purified water used for backwashing can be shared, making it more compact. I can do it. Furthermore, according to the feature of FIG. 4, the water pressure of the purified water for backwashing flowing back through the water purification section can be increased, so that good backwashing can be obtained. Also, according to the fifth feature, when the switching part is set to the water-saving water discharge position, the water purification part is automatically backwashed with purified water stored in the purification water storage part, thereby extending the life of the water purification part. Not only can it be made longer, but also because high water pressure is not applied during backwashing, there is no risk of deformation due to water pressure. Furthermore, according to the sixth feature, the user can be made aware that the device is in the backwashing state, and the user can easily confirm that the device is in the backwashing state.
