[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing culture water from a rotifer culture tank and concentrating rotifers. [Prior Art] Generally, rotifers are used as initial feed in the production of fish and shellfish seeds. That is, a rotifer culture tank is provided adjacent to a water tank for rearing young rotifers, rotifer water containing culture water mixed with rotifers is taken from the rotifer culture tank, and the culture water is removed from the rotifer water to concentrate rotifers. After adjusting this concentrated rotifer water to a predetermined rotifer concentration, it is poured into a rearing tank. Conventionally, when concentrating rotifers and removing them from a rotifer culture tank, each customs office has adopted various methods in order to treat the rotifers in a healthy state without applying any physical shock to them. For example, a rotifer concentration net was installed in a groove adjacent to the side wall of a rotifer culture tank, and rotifer water was poured into the concentration net using a siphon or the like, and the culture water was allowed to flow into the groove to increase the rotifer concentration. [Problems that the invention attempts to solve] The conventional technology to increase the rotifer concentration described above has the following problems:
When the concentration net became clogged, cleaning water was manually sprayed from the outside, which required an extremely large amount of labor. In addition, in order to reduce manual labor, there have been rotifer concentrators that automate the work, but in conventional rotifer concentrators, the part that performs the concentration is sealed, and there are many rotifers inside. This was not efficient as the rotifers were left behind, and since it was difficult to clean the inside, bacteria etc. were generated in the remaining rotifers, making it unhygienic. Furthermore, conventional rotifer concentrators rotate the member containing rotifer water, increase water pressure, or rub the rotifer water, which can cause the rotifers to die or lose their vitality, making it difficult to feed high-quality rotifers. Ta. The object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and provide a rotifer concentrating device that can extremely easily concentrate active rotifers. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and includes a rotifer concentration net, a lifting means for raising and lowering the rotifer concentration net, and a lateral side of the rotifer concentration net. This structure is characterized by comprising a shower means disposed on the outer periphery. The rotifer concentration net is filled with culture water and Weimu water containing rotifers, and is used to drain the culture water to the outside and increase the rotifer concentration inside. Therefore, as long as the bag-like cloth has a mesh that does not allow rotifers to pass through, the size, shape, material, etc. can be changed in various ways. The lifting means is for raising and lowering the rotifer concentration net, and any lifting means such as a hoist or winch can be used. This lifting means is preferably provided with a traveling means, since it is convenient to transport the rotifer concentrated net. The shower means is disposed on the lateral outer periphery of the rotifer enrichment net, and sprays high-pressure water onto the outer surface of the rotifer enrichment net. This shower means
It is only necessary to spray high-pressure water onto the rotifer concentration net, for example, by arranging nozzles at predetermined intervals. [Function] In the rotifer concentrating device of the present invention, the rotifer concentrating net accommodates rotifer water, drains the culture water to the outside, and retains the rotifers inside to increase its concentration. The lifting means raises and lowers the rotifer concentration net, and the shower means sprays high-pressure water onto the rotifer concentration net to remove clogged rotifers, rotifer feces, etc.
Helps drain out culture water. [Example] An example of the rotifer concentrating device of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG. 1 is a front view of the rotifer concentrator, FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a side view thereof. In these figures, numeral 1 is an enrichment net;
This concentration net 1 has a square shape of 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5 m.
It is made up of a coarse metron sheet on the outside and a fine planktonnet on the inside. The concentrating net 1 is attached to a frame-shaped net holding frame 2 made of stainless steel, and has a rectangular tube shape with an open top. Reference numeral 3 denotes a rotifer concentration tank, in which a net holding frame 2 is placed during rotifer concentration. This rotifer concentration tank 3 is formed in an elongated rectangular shape, and is filled with water. Furthermore, the rotifer enrichment tank 3 is provided with two rectangular frames 4 arranged at predetermined intervals, and each side of the frame 4 is equipped with a spray nozzle 5 as a shower means connected by a pipe. There are four each. A rail 6 is provided above the rotifer concentration tank 3 in parallel with the longitudinal direction, and wheels 8 of a hoist 7 as a lifting means are engaged with the rail 6, so that the hoist 7 lifts the rotifer concentration tank 3. It is movable in the longitudinal direction. Handles 9 are provided at four locations on the upper end surface of the net holding frame 2, and a hook 11 of a hoist 7 is connected to the handles 9 via a connecting string 4, so that the concentrating net 1 can be raised and lowered. To concentrate rotifers using the rotifer concentrator as described above, first place the net holding frame 2 at a predetermined location in the frame 4 of the rotifer concentration tank 3, and then fill the concentration net 1 with culture water, rotifers, etc. Pour in the rotifer water. Then, water is sprayed from the spray nozzle 5 while the concentration net 1 is raised and lowered by the hoist 7. Then, the culture water passes through the concentration net 1 and flows out into the rotifer concentration tank 3, and the rotifers remain in the concentration net 1 in a concentrated state. At this time, the concentrated net 1 is clogged with rotifers, rotifer feces, chlorella, etc., but since these are removed by water jetted from the spray nozzle 5, the culture water does not accumulate in the concentrated net 1 and flows out. . Furthermore, since the concentrating net 1 is moving up and down, the water jetted from the spray nozzle 5 is sprayed over the entire surface of the concentrating net 1 to remove clogging. After concentrating the rotifers in this way, the hoist 7 is moved to position the concentration net 1 above the rotifer concentration tank, and the concentrated rotifers are transferred to the concentrated rotifer receiving tank. Then, the empty concentration net 1 is returned to its original position and washed with clean fresh water in preparation for the next concentration operation. Next, a rotifer automatic feeding method using the rotifer concentrating device as described above will be explained based on FIG. 4.
Figure 4 is a perspective view of the seedling production facility. In this figure, reference numeral 14 is a rotifer culture tank in which rotifers are cultured in culture water. The rotifer concentrating device 15 is provided adjacent to the rotifer culture tank 14, and the rotifer concentrating device 15 is provided close to the running direction side end of the concentrating net 1 of the rotifer concentrating device 15, and a concentrated rotifer concentrator for temporarily storing concentrated rotifer water is provided. A receiving tank 16 is provided. A rotifer concentration adjustment tank 18 is provided adjacent to the concentrated rotifer receiving tank 16 to adjust the concentration to a predetermined concentration so that an appropriate feed amount can be supplied by a pump 17 depending on the rearing status of the larvae and the number of larvae. There is. Reference numeral 19 denotes a fry breeding tank, which is used to raise young fish in breeding water, and is connected to the pump 17. Reference numeral 20 is a chlorella aquarium, which supplies chlorella to the rotifer culture tank 14. In order to supply rotifers at such a seedling production site, the concentration net 1 is installed at a predetermined location of the rotifer concentration tank 3, and then the concentration net 1 is filled with rotifer water from the rotifer culture tank 14 using a pump. The filled rotifer water is concentrated as described above and then transferred to the concentrated rotifer receiving tank 16. The rotifers thus concentrated are collected in the rotifer receiving tank 1.
6, and from this concentrated rotifer receiving tank 16,
The rotifer concentration adjustment tank 18 is adjusted to a predetermined concentration and rotifers are sent therein. Then, the pump 17 feeds the rotifers by adjusting the operating time and operation time depending on the larval breeding status in each larval breeding tank 19, the number of larval fish, etc. Therefore, the feeding time can be freely set, and feeding can be performed even outside the staff's working hours, such as on holidays, early in the morning, and at night. Furthermore, by controlling the operating time, the feeding amount of rotifers can be arbitrarily changed, and by operating each pump according to the feed amount ratio for each rearing tank 19, the concentrated rotifer receiving tank 16 can be adjusted. The amount of rotifers remaining can be reduced. Tables 1 and 2 show the results of specific examples in which the rotifer enrichment device of the present invention was implemented.
