Claims (1)
- フイルターで清浄化された空気を吹き込むこと
によつて清浄な空間の形成されるクリーンルーム
であつて、そのルーム内に、気流の経路を形成す
るよう壁部材や床部材のような空間仕切り部材が
設けられるとともに、その経路に清浄化された空
気を循環させるため、その空間仕切り部材を跨ぐ
形で吹き出し口と吸い込み口とを位置させて空気
清浄装置が装備されてなることを特徴とするクリ
ーンルーム。
