高圧ガス経路と低圧ガス経路とを接続し途中に保
圧弁を有するガスリターン経路と、前記高圧ガス
経路と低圧ガス経路とを接続し途中に開閉弁を有
するガスリターン経路と、前記三つのリターン経
路のいずれかで前記キヤピラリー、保圧弁、ある
いは開閉弁と並列に設けられる調整弁を有するバ
イパス路と、前記バイパス路の途中で前記調整弁
と直列に設けられる開閉弁とを備えたことを特徴
