Claims (1)
し右回り光および左回り光を通す手段と、その光
学路を伝搬して来た上記右回り光と左回り光を干
渉させる手段と、上記干渉手段と上記光学路の片
端との間に直列に配置されて上記右回り光および
左回り光に位相差を与える位相発生手段と、上記
干渉手段よりの干渉光の光強度を電気信号として
検出する光電変換手段と、その光電変換手段から
の出力に含まれている上記右回り光および左回り
光の位相差情報を検出する位相検出手段と、その
位相検出手段からの信号によつてそのレベルに応
じた周波数の鋸歯状波出力を発生する鋸歯状波発
生手段とを有し、 上記鋸歯状波発生手段は上記位相検出手段の出
力を積分用コンデンサで積分し、その積分用コン
デンサの電圧と基準電圧とをコンパレータで比較
し、積分用コンデンサの電圧が基準電圧を越える
と、上記コンパレータの出力でワンシヨツト回路
を駆動してパルスを発生させ、そのパルスでスイ
ツチ回路を制御して上記積分用コンデンサの電荷
を放電させるように構成された光干渉角速度計に
おいて、 この光干渉角速度計の電源が投入されると、上
記ワンシヨツト回路に対する電源電圧が所定値に
なつた後に、出力の状態が変化し、その変化前ま
たはその変化の直後短時間上記積分用コンデンサ
の電荷を放電させるパワオンリセツト回路を設け
