定時間の遅れをもつて同期するクロツクパルスを
発生するクロツクパルス発生手段と、 前記クロツクパルスに同期して前記両電極間に
形成される各コンデンサの充電時又は放電時の電
圧を検出することによつて各々の個別電極の位置
における液の有無を判別する液判別手段と、 該液判別手段からの信号に基づいて液量を外部
表示する液量表示手段とからなることを特徴とす
