Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部に抜気室を有する気液分離器の側部に流入
口を設け、 この流入口を内部に流体を有する供試体に連通
し、 また上記気液分離器の上部に設けた抜気口と、
下部に設けた流出口を上記流体中の摩耗粒子を外
部にて測定する摩耗粒子モニタ装置に、開閉バル
ブを介してそれぞれ連通し、 さらに上記摩耗粒子モニタ装置と上記供試体と
を戻り通路を介して連通した ことを特徴とする摩耗粒子モニタシステム。
