  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電動機の駆動電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、前
    記電動機の駆動電流を検出する電流検出部と、前
    記電動機の回転速度を検出する速度検出部と、前
    記電圧検出部、前記電流検出部及び前記速度検出
    部の出力信号に基いて前記電動機の発熱量を演算
    する演算回路部と、該演算回路部の出力信号に基
    いて前記電動機の過負荷状態を判定する判定回路
    部と、を備え、 前記演算回路部は、前記電動機の回転速度値に
    トルク定数を乗算した値を駆動電圧値から減算し
    、斯る減算値に駆動電流値を乗算することで、前
    記電動機の発熱量を検出してなることを特徴とす
    る電動機の過負荷検出装置。
