Food waste can be fermented and decomposed by the action of microorganisms in the soil by digging a hole in a sunny garden and burying it, but this method is almost impossible in view of the current housing situation, and recently However, incineration plants have problems such as smoke pollution and odor pollution, and it is difficult to construct new ones, and as a result of population growth and There are limits to how much food waste can be disposed of, which is increasing with the diversification of dietary habits. For this reason, the inventor of the present invention previously proposed a garbage processing device (Japanese Patent Application No. 67733/1983) that uses a fermentation accelerator, making it possible to artificially create the conditions for fermentation of garbage.

Note that the reason why a plastic foam 12 of a certain thickness with water permeability is laid on the inner bottom of the garbage storage bag 13, which is inserted into the container body 1 so that the bottom is in contact with the soil surface, is to filter wastewater and to protect the soil. This is to prevent bacteria inside from entering the garbage inside the garbage storage bag 13. That is, the invasion of various bacteria may adversely affect the action of the fermentation promoter.

FIG. 4 shows a case where the container body 1 is used indoors, such as in a kitchen. In this case, the lower bottom plate 16 is dropped onto the reverse folded part 4 that is folded in order to connect the lower end of the square tube body 2 and the form body 3, and the bottom plate 16 is placed at the two corners on the front side of the square tube body 2. The second reverse folding part 9 and the third reverse folding part 10 provided above this at the two corners of the rear surface of the rectangular tube body 2 are respectively reverse bent, and the upper bottom plate 16' is supported at an angle on these parts. , a drain hose 17 is provided at the bottom on the upper bottom plate 16';
A plastic garbage storage bag 13 whose inner bottom was lined with a plastic foam 12 of a certain thickness having water permeability was inserted so that the bottom rested thereon, and then the tip of the drain hose 17 was installed on the floor plate 16. It passes through the notch hole 16a' below and connects to the water collecting bag 18 which is placed on the lower bottom plate 16 and is flat in the initial state. In this initial state, the water collection bag 18 which is flat has high water collection characteristics because no air is trapped inside, which is preferable.

In the case of this FIG.
6', the water extracted from the garbage 15 passes through the plastic foam 12 and collects in the drain hose 17, allowing natural drainage of waste water. In this case, if radial grooves (not shown) are provided on the bottom surface of the plastic foam 12 in the direction in which the drain hose 17 is installed,
The water collection effect is further improved.
