Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光源及び受光器を有する検出セルと、該検出セ
    ルの壁を貫通して先端が検出セル内に開口する試
    料ガス導入管と、一端が前記試料ガス導入管の開
    口と間隙を隔てて相対向して開口し、他端が検出
    セルの壁を貫通して２本の分岐管に分岐し、一方
    の分岐管に吸引ポンプを介して除害装置を連設す
    るとともに、他方の分岐管に放出弁を設けた排気
    管と、前記検出セル内の試料ガス導入管を囲繞し
    、その先端が前記試料ガス導入管の開口より先方
    に位置してノズル状に狭隘に形成した開口を設け
    たシース管と、該シース管にフイルターを介して
    不活性ガスを供給する不活性ガス導入管と、前記
    排気管の吸引ポンプを囲繞する不活性ガス雰囲気
    室とを備えたことを特徴とするパーテイクルカウ
    ンター。
