(Conventional technology) Normally, the subfloor surfaces of concrete floor slabs and plywood floors in apartment complexes, etc., have unevenness of varying degrees due to unevenness, and it is difficult to install floor finishing materials on these subfloor surfaces. If the floor covering material is flexible, such as carpet, it will absorb the unevenness and cause no problem, but if the floor covering material is made of a highly rigid material such as a wooden floor, cannot absorb unevenness, resulting in steps and unevenness on the finished surface.

このため従来から、木質床仕上材の場合には、

For this reason, traditionally, in the case of wooden floor finishing materials,
A number of grooves are carved on the back surface to reduce the rigidity, and a rubber backing material with an uneven surface is compositely bonded to the back surface to make it conform to uneven surfaces.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in this type of wood floor finishing material, a void is formed between the floor base and the floor finishing material due to the grooves or the uneven surface of the rubber backing material, and the space inside this void is Especially when the end surfaces of the floor finishing material are joined together by fitting the male and female seeds, the air in the gap has no place to escape and the floor finish deteriorates. A sealed air layer is formed on the underside of the material.

Therefore, when an impact force is applied to the flooring material, especially when a child jumps or something falls, the air layer is compressed as the flooring material bends and deforms, and the impact force is transferred to the flooring material. There is a problem in that the noise is transmitted to the floor and the subfloor vibrates, causing noise to be transmitted and generated downstairs.

Furthermore, when a double-layered floor structure is used, such as a floating floor or a standing floor, where floor panels are placed on the subfloor with a space between them, air from the above space may enter the bottom surface of the flooring material, causing shocks. There was a problem in that the air pressure on the lower surface of the floor finishing material became high and the floor finishing material itself was susceptible to vibration.

Furthermore, there is another problem in that moisture accumulates in the air sealed in the voids, making the area under the floor damp and reducing the service life of the wood floor finishing material.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the floor finishing material of the present invention has, as shown in the drawings corresponding to the embodiments, one of the opposing side end surfaces of the floor plate main body 1. A female part 3 consisting of a concave groove is provided, and a male part consisting of a plurality of protruding pieces 2 which can fit into the female part 3 is provided on the other side end surface between the protruding pieces 2. The space portions 4 are provided at appropriate intervals and protrude intermittently, and the lower surface of the floor plate main body 1 is formed with air passages 5 of an appropriate width through which air can flow through a plurality of grooves, etc.
The air passage 5 is characterized in that the end thereof is communicated with the space 4 between the protruding pieces 2.

(Function) When an impact force is applied to the floor finishing material, the floor finishing material instantaneously undergoes elastic compression deformation, and the air in the passage 5 formed on the back side is compressed. It communicates with the surface side via the space 4 between the protruding pieces 2 at the joint between the floor finishing materials, and
Since the length of the protruding piece 2 is formed to be larger than the depth of the groove of the female part 3 to be fitted, the passage 5
The air inside is led to the surface side of the joint of the floor finishing material through the space 4 and flows out to the outside.
The air pressure in the passage 5 does not increase at all, and the impact force transmitted to the subfloor is alleviated, and the vibration of the floor covering material itself is also reduced. Further, since the inside of the passage 5 communicates with the indoor side through the space 4 as described above, moisture does not accumulate.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the lower surface of the protruding piece 2 is formed with a thin part 7b formed by a notch 7c along the opening end 5a of the passage 5. As shown in FIG. 4, when the floor finishing materials A and A are connected to each other and installed, the air in the passage 5 also flows from the bottom side of each protruding piece 2, 2 into the joint gap 8 of the floor finishing materials A, A, which are fitted into each other. It is formed so that it can flow to the outside through.

Further, the protruding length of the protruding pieces 2, 2 constituting the male fruit part is formed to be slightly larger than the depth of the concave groove of the female part. When fitted, a joint gap 8 is formed between the floor finishing materials A and A, and air in the passage 5 is guided to the space 4 between the protruding pieces 2 through this joint gap 8. is made to quickly flow out onto the surface side of the floor finishing material A.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the length of the protruding pieces 2, 2 is made larger than the depth of the concave groove of the female part to actively form the joint gap part 8, but the floor finishing material A When using a wooden floorboard with a rough joint end surface, the length of the protruding piece 2 does not necessarily have to be adjusted, since a small gap is formed at the joint where the rough surfaces contact each other and allow air to flow. It is not necessary to make the depth larger than the depth of the groove.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the channel 5 is formed by forming grooves on the lower surface of the floor plate main body 1 of the floor finishing material A.

The floor finishing material A configured in this way is laid on a floor base 10 such as a concrete slab or a floating floor,
Construction is carried out by nailing or gluing using a normal construction method while fitting the male part and female part 3 of the protruding pieces 2, 2 of the adjacent floor finishing materials A, A into each other.

After construction, when an impact force is applied to the flooring material A, the flooring material A undergoes instantaneous elastic compression deformation, and the air in the passage 5 formed on the back surface is compressed. The fluid flows from the open end 5a of the passage 5 on the end surface side of the floor covering material A to the space 4 between the protruding pieces 2, 2, and further to the outside through the joint gap 8 of the floor covering materials A, A fitted together. It flows out instantly, eliminates the increase in air pressure in the passageway 5, and reduces the impact sound transmitted to the flooring, reducing impact noise by about 2 dB compared to conventional floor finishing materials that do not have air flow areas. can be achieved.

In addition, since the lower surface of the floor finishing material A is connected to the indoor side through the space 4 from the passage 5 provided on the lower surface, good air circulation is achieved and moisture does not accumulate. do not have.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the floor finishing material of the present invention, the female part 3 consisting of a groove is provided on one side of the opposing side end surfaces of the floorboard main body 1, and the female part 3 is provided on the other side. The end face has a plurality of protruding pieces 2 that can fit into the female part 3.
A male part consisting of a male part is provided intermittently in a protruding manner with a space 4 at an appropriate interval between the protruding pieces 2, 2,
In addition, an air passage 5 having an appropriate width through which air can flow is formed by a plurality of grooves on the lower surface of the floor plate main body 1, and the end of this air passage 5 is communicated with the space 4 between the protruding pieces 2. Therefore, when an impact force is applied to the floor finishing material A, the air between the floor finishing material A and the flooring material is compressed and flows, and flows from the space 4 between the protruding pieces 2 and 2 of the male part into the room. Since the air pressure inside the lower surface passage 5 of the floor finishing material A does not flow out to the inside and increase, the impact force transmitted to the floor substrate side can be alleviated and the generation of impact noise can be suppressed.

In addition, since the lower surface side of the floor finishing material A communicates with the indoor side from the passage 5 through the space 4 between the protruding pieces 2, 2, the passage The air inside the room flows toward the indoor side, and therefore, the lower surface of the floor covering material A can be kept in an appropriately dry state without being trapped with moisture.

Further, according to the floor finishing material of the present invention, it is possible to perform underfloor wiring by utilizing the space of the passage 5 provided on the underside of the floor finishing material, thereby simplifying the wiring work.
