- リフローによつて半田付けを行なう表面実装部
品用パツド部を構成する銅箔部分の表面に、プリ
フラツクス処理が施されるとともに、フローによ
つて半田付けを行なう表面実装部品用パツド部お
よび挿入実装部品用スルーホール部を構成する銅
箔部分の表面に、半田コート処理が施されている
ことを特徴とする印刷配線板。
