してなる繰り出しロール１を、フレーム３内に軸
支し、該繰り出しロール１上面に近接して開閉す
る一対の開閉シヤツター５を摺動自在に設け、繰
り出しロール１上方に開閉自在の規制板７を設け
るとともに、規制板７面上にて移動可能なる延長
板１１を設け、フレーム３下部に着脱自在に散布
ガイド板１２を設けたことを特徴とする種子・肥
