比べて高温化する樹脂成形金型において、 コア芯部における蓄熱しやすい部分からコア外
表面適所にいたる部分に熱伝導良好な素材から形
成した冷却用コアを内設し、コア外表面に露出さ
せた冷却用コアの一端面を放熱面となしたことを
特徴とする樹脂成形金型。 2 放熱面となる冷却用コアの一端面を可動側型
板の受け板表面に接触させてなる請求項1記載の
