Conventionally, a baking machine used for baking date rolls has a long tunnel-shaped baking pot a as shown in Fig. 3, and a feeding conveyor b is inserted into the baking pot a. A plurality of burners c... are arranged along the longitudinal direction at upper and lower positions corresponding to the conveyor b, while a return conveyor d is provided close to the side of the baking pot a, and near the end of the return conveyor d. It is formed by attaching a former of colloidal material to the position.

Then, the colloidal material poured out from the spout provided at the lower end of the former is filled in a fixed amount into a plurality of rectangular mold plates f on a return conveyor d. It is conveyed to the end of the conveyor d, and here it is transferred to the feed conveyor b, where it is baked while passing through the baking pot a over a certain period of time. The material fired in this way is taken out from the mold plate f at the end position of the feed conveyor b and sent to the next winding process, while each mold plate f... is cleaned and coated with oil. It is transferred to the return conveyor d, and is conveyed by the same return conveyor d toward its terminal end, and is again filled with colloidal material by the forming device e at a position near the terminal end, and the above cycle is repeated. It is.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in the conventional baking machine as described above, the mold plate f filled with colloidal material is transferred to the feed conveyor b by hand at the terminal position of the return conveyor d. At the same time, the colloidal material must be leveled using a trowel or the like so that it has a uniform thickness within the mold plate f. In other words, when a colloidal material is mixed with a larger proportion of sugar, it becomes softer and has better fluidity, so there is no need for the leveling work described above, but the product becomes sweeter, so it is difficult to use sweet products. There is a problem that it will not be possible to ship to areas that do not like it, and there is also a problem that if you add more water to improve fluidity, water will rise to the surface of the product and it will not become a product.
We have no choice but to use a colloidal material with poor fluidity that is low in sugar and water to carry out the leveling work described above. Furthermore, the fired material must be manually removed from the mold pan f at the end of the feed conveyor b, and the mold pan f must be sequentially transferred to the return conveyor d after being cleaned and oiled. . In other words, in the case of a conventional baking machine, at least one worker must be assigned to each of the starting and ending positions of the feed conveyor b, and each worker is required to perform extremely simple and inefficient operations such as those described above. The problem is that it requires a lot of work.

With both conveyors being driven to rotate, the colloidal material is continuously filled into the mold from the spout of the former in the vicinity of the starting end of the lower conveyor, and is conveyed toward the firing pot. Also, at this time, by providing the spout of the forming device at an appropriate distance from the bottom plate of the formwork and having the same width as the side plate, the colloidal material can be poured from the lower end of the front wall of the spout. Provides a leveling effect on the surface. Next, the partition plates are successively lowered from the upper part and fitted tightly into the formwork, thereby achieving the effect of dividing the same formwork into a plurality of rooms. In this state, the colloidal material is fired individually while passing through the firing kettle over a certain period of time, and the fired material is placed in the formwork downward at the end of the lower conveyor. By rotating, it is possible to automatically remove the mold from the mold using its own weight. Furthermore, the oil application brushes attached to each conveyor provide automatic cleaning and oil application effects for the formwork and partition plates.

Gas burners 2 placed above and below the baking pot 1
By igniting conveyors a and 2b and starting the motor 4, a state is obtained in which the adjacent surfaces of both conveyors 3a and 3b are driven to rotate at the same speed and in the same direction. In addition, by charging ingredients such as eggs, fish meat, starch, sugar, etc. in advance into the forming device 7 in an appropriate ratio, the materials can be poured into the forming device 7 through the spout 8 provided at the lower end of the forming device 7. A state is obtained in which it becomes a colloid and is poured out. In this way, the colloidal material poured out from the spout 8 is continuously poured into the plurality of rows of formworks 5 provided on the lower conveyor 3a which is being rotated as described above. At this time, each spout 8 is spaced from the bottom plate 5a of each mold 5 at an appropriate distance, and the side plates 5b, 5b are filled.
Since the width of the colloidal material is approximately the same as that of the spout 8, the surface of the colloidal material is leveled by the lower end of the front wall of the spout 8, and the colloidal material is spread into the formwork 5 with a uniform thickness. In addition, in the above embodiment, the spout of the forming device is placed facing the bottom plate of the formwork with an appropriate distance, and
Its width is set to be approximately the same as the width of the formwork, and the leveling work of the colloidal material is performed at the lower end of the front wall of the spout.By providing it in this way, the structure is simplified. However, instead of this, it is also possible to separately provide a leveling plate at the rear of the spout.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and as described above, filling the mold with colloidal material and leveling the surface, taking out and transferring the fired material, cleaning the mold and partition plate, and applying oil are performed manually. In addition to making it possible to do everything automatically without having to go through a By eliminating the need for the use of mold plates and the work of transferring them, it has become possible to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
