記アーム部材に当接し、また、上記アーム部材か
ら離隔して退避するロツドを備えたシリンダが、
プラツトフオームに設けられ、 上記ロツドが退避したとき、補助板を水平姿勢
に復元するためのスプリングが、前記プラツトフ
オームに装着されていることを特徴とする車両乗
