Claims (1)
- 回転軸を軸受外端部より突出させ、前記軸受外
端部の外方に前記回転軸の突出部よりも微少量だ
け径の大きな貫通穴を有する固定部材を固定して
回転軸の突出部と固定部材との間に回転軸と軸受
とのクリアランスより大きな隙間を形成し、前記
固定部材に、圧力空気導入通路と連通した環状溝
と、この環状溝と前記隙間とを連通する狭窄通路
を設けたことを特徴とする回転軸のシール装置。
