- プランジヤ１とシヤフト５を直列に接続し、前
記プランジヤ１とシヤフト５の間にダイアフラム
９の内径取付部１０を挾持してなる電磁弁におい
て、前記プランジヤ１の端部２に凹部３を設け、
前記シヤフト５を樹脂製とし、前記シヤフト５の
端部６にスリツト７を設け、前記シヤフト５の端
部６を前記凹部３に圧入したことを特徴とする電
磁弁。
