When performing hot water supply operation, the compressor 14, the water pump 35, and the air blower 26 are in an on state, and the solenoid valve 22 is in an open state. On the other hand, the blower 9 is off and the solenoid valves 7, 19 and 23 are closed. The gas refrigerant compressed by the compressor 14 to a high temperature and high pressure is connected to the refrigerant pipe 16, as shown by the solid arrow in the figure.
It is transferred to the water heat exchanger 31 via the four-way switching valve 12 and the refrigerant pipe 13. In this water heat exchanger 31, the refrigerant is cooled by exchanging heat with water supplied via the water pump 35, and becomes a high-pressure liquid refrigerant. On the other hand, the temperature of the water increases in this case. The high-pressure liquid refrigerant passes through the refrigerant pipe 18 and is reduced in pressure by the hot water supply throttle 21 and flows into the air heat exchanger 17 . This air heat exchanger 17
The refrigerant exchanges heat with the air supplied by the blower 26 and becomes a low-pressure gas refrigerant. This low-pressure gas refrigerant flows into the accumulator 15 via the refrigerant pipe 24, the solenoid valve 22, the refrigerant pipe 25, and the refrigerant pipe 16, and further passes through the refrigerant pipe 16 to the compressor 1.
Return to 4. At this time, the refrigerant pipe 6 of the indoor unit section 1,
10 and 11 and air heat exchangers 4 and 5
The inside is in a low-pressure gas state. The hot water supply operation causes the temperature of the water in the hot water tank 33 to rise, and when the water temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, the hot water supply operation is turned off. The heated water in the hot water tank 33 is used, for example, for taking a bath or washing hands.

態となつている。 Next, the case of sauna operation will be explained. In the case of this sauna operation, the compressor 14, the blower device 9
and 26 are on, and the water pump 35 is off. Moreover, the solenoid valves 7 and 23 are open, and conversely, the solenoid valves 19 and 22 are closed.
The gas refrigerant compressed by the compressor 14 to a high temperature and high pressure is transferred to the refrigerant pipe 1 as shown by the broken line arrow in the figure.
6. It flows into the air heat exchanger 5 via the four-way switching valve 12 and the refrigerant pipe 11. The gaseous refrigerant that has flowed into the air heat exchanger 5 passes through the solenoid valve 7 and the refrigerant pipe 6.
The air is introduced into the air heat exchanger 4 via the air heat exchanger 4. At that time, the refrigerant exchanges heat with the air supplied by the blower 9 and is cooled to become a high-pressure liquid refrigerant. On the other hand, the heated air is transferred to a sauna room (not shown) and used. The liquid refrigerant is introduced into the air heat exchanger 17 via the refrigerant pipe 10 and the sauna throttle 20, where it is heated by air supplied by the blower 26 and becomes a low-pressure gas. This low-pressure gas flows into the accumulator 15 via the refrigerant pipe 24, the electromagnetic valve 23, the refrigerant pipe 25, and the refrigerant pipe 16, and further returns to the compressor 14 via the refrigerant pipe 16. At this time, the refrigerant in the water heater section 3 is in a low-pressure gas state.

る。 Next, the case of dehumidification and drying operation will be explained.
In this case, the compressor 14, blower devices 9, 26
is in the on state, and the water pump 35 is in the off state. Further, solenoid valves 7, 19 and 23 are open, and conversely solenoid valve 22 is closed. This dehumidifying and drying operation is substantially the same as the sauna operation described above, except that the air heat exchanger 4 is used as a dehumidifying coil in order to use the sauna room as a drying room. That is, the refrigerant, which has been cooled by the air supplied by the blower 9 in the air heat exchanger 5 and becomes liquid, is depressurized by the drying aperture 8, as shown by the white arrow in the figure, and then transferred to the air heat exchanger 4. It is heated to become a gaseous refrigerant. At this time, by increasing the capacity of the air heat exchanger 5 compared to that of the air heat exchanger 4, it becomes possible to obtain dehumidified air with a relatively high temperature, and supply it to a drying chamber (not shown) to dry it. I will offer it to you. The gas refrigerant is introduced into the air heat exchanger 17 via the refrigerant pipe 10 and the solenoid valve 19, and after being further heated returns to the compressor 14 through the same route as in the sauna operation.

著な効果を得ることができる。 According to the sauna, drying, and hot water supply device configured as described above, sauna operation, drying operation, and hot water supply operation can be selectively performed with a single device by simply operating a switch. The operating rate of the device can be significantly improved compared to specialized machines. In particular, a four-way switching valve installed in the refrigerant circuit connecting the outdoor unit, hot water supply unit, and outdoor unit is used to selectively switch the high temperature, high pressure gas refrigerant compressed by the compressor to the hot water supply unit side or the indoor unit side. Since the system enables sauna operation, drying operation, and hot water supply operation, its configuration is simple, and it is possible to obtain extremely significant practical effects such as being able to reduce the manufacturing cost of the equipment.
