ミツシヨン側に設けられ前記ギヤシフトレバーの
操作に連動してトランスミツシヨンの変速操作を
行う変速操作部材とを連結するリンケージに、ク
ロスシヤフトを介在させる構成のトランスミツシ
ヨンの遠隔操作装置において、前記クロスシヤフ
トが、車体フレーム側に固定支持されたロツド部
材と、該ロツド部材に対して相対回転可能に支持
され前記ギヤシフトレバー側に連結される第１ク
ロスレバーを一体に取付けた第１中空軸と、同じ
くロツド部材に対して相対回転可能に支持され前
記変速操作部材側に連結される第２クロスレバー
を一体に取付けた第２中空軸とを備え、前記第１
及び第２中空軸には、一端に周方向に間隔を設け
て複数の突起を有するフランジ部をそれぞれ設け
、互いのフランジ部の突起を互い違いにし且つ突
起と突起との間に弾性部材を介装してフランジ部
を噛み合わせて前記第１中空軸と第２中空軸とを
連結する構成としたことを特徴とするトランスミ
