The disadvantage is that it is easy to remove, and fabrics with stable quality and texture cannot be obtained. Next, the specially textured false-twisted yarn in item (■) has two or more interlaced parts/m, but these intertwined parts are where the leaves of the two yarns interlock with each other during the false-twisting process. Since it is formed by intertwining, the intertwining property is weak, and there is a problem that the intertwined portions come undone during high-order processing in the subsequent process, impeding weaving and weaving properties. Furthermore, in the composite yarn of item (■) above, a plain yarn with a single filament of 1 denier or less is used as the yarn to be composited with the irregular cross-section yarn.
During fluid treatment, opening defects peculiar to ultrafine yarns occur, resulting in a marked decrease in entanglement, making it impossible to obtain yarns of stable quality. Further, the irregular cross-section yarn constituting the above-mentioned composite yarn had poor shirring effect due to its cross-sectional shape, and the resulting fabric was also non-stretchable.

The special irregular cross-section threads arranged in the wafer are an important point in creating the crisp feel that is a feature of the present invention. Therefore, first, this special irregular cross-section yarn will be explained.

The maximum inscribed circle X is called the central nucleus, the radius of this circle X is "r", and the center of the circle is "O". The protrusion-like pieces Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4 are called "leaves", and the points where a line drawn from the center O toward the tip of the leaf intersects the center of the tip of the leaf are y1, y2, y3, y4, and the center O and y1
, y2, y3, y4 lines Oy1, Oy2, Oy3
, Oy4 is called the leaf length "β". Here, the ratio between the leaf length β and the radius r of the inscribed circle of the central nucleus is β/
r is defined as the irregular section modulus. The texture of the yarn differs depending on the size of the modified section modulus, and the greater the coefficient, the more the texture increases. Although a four-lobed cross-sectional shape has been described as the cross-sectional shape of the special irregular cross-section yarn, the same applies to cases of three to eight leaves, and the explanation will be omitted.

They are intertwined, and there are various types of intermingling, such as the leaves of single filament 1 interlocking with each other, the single filament 2 biting into the recess of single filament 1 and intertwining, or the single filaments 2 intertwining with each other. It has a form. With such a yarn configuration, it is possible to create a yarn that has both slickness and softness.

By using this special irregular cross-section yarn, it becomes possible to impart a crispy taste. However, if the cross-sectional shape is other than 3 to 8 lobes, for example, 2 lobes are flattened yarns that do not have concave portions, the texture will be poor and the entangling property will be poor. On the other hand, if the number of leaves is nine or more, the recesses between the leaves become narrow and circular due to the cross-sectional shape, which is not preferable because the crunchy taste becomes poor.

When the modified section modulus is less than 2.0, the cross-sectional shape approaches a circular shape, the texture is lacking, and the desired texture cannot be obtained. There is no particular limit to the upper limit of the modified section modulus, but if it exceeds 6.5, it will be difficult to obtain a stable yarn in manufacturing, and even if it is obtained, leaves may be missing during false twisting or fluid treatment. This is undesirable because phenomena tend to occur and it is difficult to achieve satisfactory results in terms of operation and quality.

Therefore, when considering the synergistic effect with the cross-sectional shape of the leaves, the fineness of the single filament constituting the core yarn is 2 to 30 deniers, especially 5 to 20 deniers.
Denier is preferred. If the fineness of the single filament is less than 2 denier, it becomes difficult to obtain a stable raw yarn in terms of manufacturing, and the texture also tends to deteriorate. On the other hand, if the fineness of the single filament exceeds 30 denier, the fabric becomes hard and its value as a product decreases.

Therefore, it is necessary to use a false-twisted crimped yarn that is thinner than the single filament of the core yarn and is crimped, and a false-twisted crimped yarn of 1 denier or less is preferable.

In other words, the special bulky processed yarn of the present invention is obtained by fluid mixing and entangling a yarn that becomes a core yarn and a yarn that becomes a sheath yarn whose single filament is finer than the core yarn. , When processing ultrafine yarns with small fineness, especially less than 1 denier, by fluid mixing and entangling,
If the filaments are left as raw threads, the filaments will not spread easily and the entanglement will be significantly reduced. However, in the present invention, by using a false twisted crimped yarn as a sheath yarn with a small fineness, voids are formed between the filaments, and compressed fluid enters the voids, so that the filaments can be spread easily.
The fluid disturbance effect is performed smoothly and entanglement is improved.

When the composition ratio of the core yarn is less than 30%, the composition ratio of the sheath yarn becomes too large, and the softness is emphasized too much, resulting in a poor silky feel. Furthermore, if the composition ratio of the core yarn exceeds 70%, the yarn will be too stiff and stiff, and will lack softness.

きる。As described above in detail, the special bulky yarn of the present invention is a core-sheath mixed interlaced yarn in which a special irregular cross-section yarn is used as the core yarn and a crimped yarn whose single filaments are thinner than the core yarn is used as the sheath yarn. Therefore, it has excellent shirring and softness, and since both the core yarn and sheath yarn are crimped yarns, it is possible to obtain a fabric with high elasticity when knitted and woven. In addition, the synergistic effect of the crimped yarn of the sheath yarn and the special cross-sectional shape of the core yarn results in a yarn with excellent shape robustness, and the intertwined portions do not unravel even when subjected to tension during weaving and weaving, resulting in stable quality. It can be made of fabric.

。[0021] The thermoplastic multifilament yarn as used in the present invention is a multifilament made of a polymer having fiber-forming ability such as polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, or the like. If you use a combination of yarns with different dyeability, such as polyester and polyamide or regular polyester and cationically dyeable polyester, as the multifilament core yarn and sheath yarn, you can change the heathered tone and texture. It is possible to obtain a special bulky textured yarn that becomes a richly woven or knitted fabric.
