While confirming the position and condition of the varicose vein, operate the forceps port of the endoscope or the puncture needle built into the guide tube to insert it into the varicose vein or its vicinity, and apply an embolizing agent or sclerosing agent. Do it by injecting it.

う問題がある。 The puncture needle consists of an outer tube, an inner needle tube and a needle tube housed inside the outer tube, and the outer tube and inner needle tube are transparent to confirm whether the needle tube has been inserted in the correct position by checking the inflow of blood. Or, since it is translucent, it is not easy to see through the needle tube through the outer tube and the inner needle tube to confirm the protrusion state of the needle tube from the outer tube or the position of the needle tube. Furthermore, the light irradiating the inside of the esophagus is reflected on the surface of the outer tube, making confirmation of these things even more difficult. Therefore, if the protruding state and position of the needle tube cannot be confirmed and the needle is carelessly moved or inserted, the varicose vein may be damaged by the cutting edge of the needle tube, causing heavy bleeding. When inserting a needle accurately, it takes time to confirm the position of the needle, and the endoscope or guide tube extends to the patient's mouth, which means that the endoscope or guide tube is inserted for a long time. There is the problem of causing time pain.

る。(Function) The present invention provides an opaque non-reflective portion at the distal end of the see-through outer tube of the medical puncture needle configured as described above, so that the needle tube can be projected from the outer tube without seeing through the opaque non-reflective portion. and the position of the needle tube.
In addition, to prevent the non-reflective part from reflecting the light irradiating the esophagus and to make confirmation even easier, the protruding needle tube is accurately inserted into the varicose vein or its vicinity, and an embolizing agent or hardening agent is applied. Inject the agent.

The colored part 2 provided at the distal end of the tube prevents reflection of light irradiating the inside of the esophagus, so the outer tube 1 is aimed at the colored part 2 under good visibility.
Move the needle to the insertion position near the varicose vein. Next, the needle tube 4 provided at the tip of the inner needle tube 3 inserted through the outer tube 1 is made to protrude from the outer tube 1.
The state of protrusion of the needle tube 4 from the colored part 2 is confirmed, the position of the needle tube 4 is confirmed under good visibility, and the needle tube 4 is accurately inserted into the varicose vein. At this time,
As shown in FIG. 4, a colored part 5 constituting an opaque non-reflective part is provided on the outer periphery of the distal end of the inner needle tube 3 to make it easier to confirm the protruding state and position of the needle tube 4. good.
