トウエルタンクからポンプによつて汲み上げられ
た熱媒体を蒸発させる蒸発器と、同蒸発器で発生
する蒸気によつて駆動されるタービンと、同ター
ビンの排気を凝縮して上記ホツトウエルタンクに
戻すコンデンサとを具備した発電プラントにおい
て、上記ホツトウエルタンクの出口に設けられた
弁と、変形可能な隔膜によつてガス室と液室に仕
切られ同液室が上記弁の出口に連通する起動タン
クと、上記ガス室に気体を圧入する手段とを具備
