(従来の技術)

チレンクロスのシール部剥離強度は主としてラミ
ネート層とクロスシート層との接着力が現れるこ
ととなるが、従来のポリエチレンシートを用いた
ポリエチレンクロスの破断、剥離強度では使用さ

本考案の要旨は、合成樹脂製偏平糸よりなる織
布の少なくとも片面に、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレ
ンを主成分としたエチレン系合成樹脂よりなるラ
ミネート層を積層したポリエチレンクロスであつ
て、ここにいう直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンとは従
来の高圧重合法によつて得られる低密度ポリエチ
レンとは異なり分岐度が少なく、かつ分岐の長さ
が短い結晶性の高いエチレンを主成分とするホモ
ポリマー又はコポリマーである。そして、直鎖状
低密度ポリエチレンを主成分とするエチレン系合
成樹脂よりなるラミネート層とは、該直鎖状低密
度ポリエチレンを大部とし、必要に応じて酸化防
止剤、耐候性安定剤、着色顔料等を添加したもの
であり、その厚さは25〜100μ程度で、直鎖状低
密度ポリエチレンの含有量としては具体的にラミ

そして、上記の具体例に示されるポリエチレン
クロスのシール部の強度は大きく、従来品のシー
ル強度は20℃で静荷重時800〜900(g/in)があ
るが、本考案のものは2700以上(g/in)とな
り、温度が上昇しても、そのシール部の強度は従

離が生ずることなく、また、高温時シール部の強
度低下による剥離も防止でき、さらにシール部外
