However, since these polyethylene cloth sheets are usually used by joining them together, the peel strength of the seal at the seam of the sheets depends on the adhesive strength between the laminate layers, the breaking strength of the laminate layers themselves, and the strength of the laminate layer made of polyethylene. The adhesive force with the cloth sheet layer can be broadly divided into three factors. Conventional polyethylene cloth sheets using low-density polyethylene have a weak breaking strength of the polyethylene sheet itself, which is a laminate layer, so the peel strength of the seal part of the polyethylene cloth is This primarily results from the adhesive strength between the laminate layer and the cloth sheet layer, but the breaking and peel strength of polyethylene cloth using conventional polyethylene sheets was insufficient depending on the intended use.

(Problems to be Solved) The inventor of the present invention completed various studies in order to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks and increase the breaking strength of the seal portion of the polyethylene cloth, and as a result, the present inventor completed the present invention. The object of the present invention is to provide a polyethylene cloth with high peel strength at the seal portion.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The gist of the present invention is to create a polyethylene fabric in which a laminate layer made of an ethylene-based synthetic resin whose main component is linear low-density polyethylene is laminated on at least one side of a woven fabric made of synthetic resin flat threads. Unlike low-density polyethylene obtained by conventional high-pressure polymerization, linear low-density polyethylene is a highly crystalline ethylene with a low degree of branching and short branch lengths. The main component is a homopolymer or a copolymer. A laminate layer made of an ethylene-based synthetic resin whose main component is linear low-density polyethylene is a laminate layer that contains linear low-density polyethylene as a major component and optionally contains antioxidants, weather-resistant stabilizers, and colorants. It contains pigments, etc., and has a thickness of about 25 to 100 μm, and the content of linear low-density polyethylene is specifically 50 parts or more in the laminate layer.

To explain the drawings, FIG. 1 is an enlarged sectional view of a laminate sheet according to the present invention, in which linear low-chain fibers are woven on both sides of a woven fabric 1 made of flat threads made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, etc. Laminate layers 2 and 3 containing density polyethylene
Specific examples of woven fabric 1 and laminate layers 2 and 3 are as follows: () Woven fabric 1 High-density polyethylene flat yarn (950
Laminate layer 2, 3 Linear low-density polyethylene 65 parts (Mitsui Petrochemical Co., Ltd., UZ-2080) Low-density polyethylene 10 parts (Mitsubishi Yuka Co., Ltd., LM-40) Aluminum powder color pigment 20 parts (Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd., PEX-3206) Weathering stabilizer 5 parts (Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd., PEX-1095) And the above The sealing strength of the polyethylene cloth shown in the specific example is high; the sealing strength of the conventional product is 800 to 900 (g/in) under static load at 20°C, but the seal strength of the present invention is over 2700 (g/in). in), and even if the temperature rises, the strength of the seal is greater than that of conventional products.

(Effects) As described above, the present invention provides a polyethylene cloth sheet with high seal peel strength by containing linear low-density polyethylene as a laminate layer, and in particular, the strength of the seal portion of the sheet is high. For example, the seal part does not peel off due to stress during construction work, it can also prevent peeling due to a decrease in the strength of the seal part at high temperatures, and furthermore, a polyethylene cloth sheet with a good appearance of the seal part can be obtained. be.
