Claims (1)
- 相互に接続される内管１，１を高真空用ガスケ
ツト継手２で接続し、相互に接続される外管３，
３にそれぞれシール材４，４を嵌装し、これらの
シール材４，４をそれぞれ互いに螺合されるネジ
部５，６を有する継手リング７，８のネジ部５，
６の螺合で各外管３，３に緊締せしめてシールす
ると共に互いに対向する一方の継手リング８，８
間にフランジ部９，９を連接し、これらのフラン
ジ部９，９間にシール材１０を介挿させて当該フ
ランジ部９，９を分離・接続自在に固定せしめて
なる二重配管用継手。
