Claims (1)
- 極低温液体の移送管や貯蔵容器の外周に真空断
熱層を形成すると共に真空断熱層内に遮蔽材を設
けた真空断熱構造において、該遮蔽材は、ガラス
繊維からなる絶縁シート上にアルミ蒸着層を形成
した遮蔽シートを多層に設けたものであることを
特徴とする真空断熱構造。
