のヒンジ機構を示す要部断面図である。 図中、１は吸込フアン、２は室内側熱交換器、
３は吸込グリル、４は吸込口、５は吹出口、６は
グリル本体、７はフツク、８はヒンジ軸、９は取
付孔、１０は板バネ、１１はリブ、１２は長孔、
１３は従来例の第１のヒンジ、１４は同第２のヒ
ンジ、１５は同ストツパー、１６は同付勢バネで
ある。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. グリル本体の吸込口に一端をヒンジ機構により
    軸支し他端をフツクにて係止する吸込グリルを形
    成してなる天井埋込型空気調和機において、上記
    吸込グリルのヒンジ側に向け側面に長孔を形成し
    た複数のリブを所定の間隔をあけて平行に形成し
    、同吸込グリルのヒンジ側に対向するグリル本体
    の吸込口内側に一端をヒンジ軸中央に巻装し、他
    端をグリル本体内側に固定したＬ字状の板バネを
    設け、上記複数のリブの長孔にヒンジ軸の両端を
    摺動可能に挿入してなることを特徴とする天井埋
    込型空気調和機の吸込グリル取付構造。
