Claims (1)
- 被冷却物を収容する真空冷却槽と、該真空冷却
槽内の空気を吸引パイプを通じて吸い出す真空ポ
ンプと、冷凍機に連絡して上記吸引パイプに設け
られ吸引パイプを流れる空気中の水蒸気を捕捉す
るコールドトラツプとを具備した真空冷却装置に
おいて、上記真空冷却槽内に、吸放湿部材を備え
た水分蒸発器が設けられ、該水分蒸発器には、水
分蒸発器に水を供給する給水パイプが連絡された
ことを特徴とする真空冷却装置。
