Abstract

PURPOSE:To integrate a diaphragm, an edge, a center ring and a coil by resin- injection forming. CONSTITUTION:A coil 12 of a diaphragm group component 16 in which a diaphragm 9, an edge, a center ring 11 and a coil 12 are integrated by resin- injection forming is fitted to a magnetic air gap 18 of a field section 17 comprising an upper plate 13, a magnet 14 and a lower plate 15 and fixed by a buffle plate 19. The excellent speaker is realized, in which improper operation due to defective bonding, tilted coil and eccentricity is not caused.
