Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 炉体の炉底部に漏水水位が所定レベル位置に
    達したことを検知するセンサを設け、このセンサ
    の検知信号により動作して炉底に接続した排水管
    路を開く開閉弁を具備したことを特徴とする真空
    炉。 ２ ２個のセンサが異なるレベル位置でかつ開閉
    弁よりも上側位置に設けられており、両センサの
    検知信号により開閉弁を開き、両センサの検知信
    号停止により開閉弁を閉じるようにした請求項１
    記載の真空炉。 ３ 開閉弁が、空気圧シリンダにより排水管路の
    上流側へ向かう方向に弁体を押圧して弁座を閉鎖
    する形式の空気圧操作式開閉弁である請求項１ま
    たは２記載の真空炉。
