[Problem to be solved by the invention] When a pot sheet formed in a pot with a narrow top as described above is used, the seedlings in each pot are well organized, and when grown as medium-grown seedlings and loaded into a rice transplanter. Although it is easy to cut out each plant reliably, the opening at the top of each pot is smaller than that of a pot with an upwardly expanding shape, and because it is molded using paper material, it may be deformed. Because of this, during sowing, the supplied seed rice sometimes gets caught on the edge of the opening and does not fall onto the soil in the pot. An object of the present invention is to provide a seeding machine for seedlings in paper pots that can reliably supply seed rice into each pot without such problems.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the seeding machine for paper pot seedlings according to the present invention has a seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling seedling sowing machine. The structure was such that a pressure tool was installed to press down on the top surface of the soil covering inside the box. Preferably, at the lower part of the soil covering device installed above the conveyor line for transporting the seedling boxes,
A pressure tool is provided to press the top surface of the covered soil in the seedling raising box, and a rotating brush is provided below the pressure tool to sweep and level the covered soil to expose the upper end of the pot.

[Operation] According to the structure of the present invention, as the covering soil is compressed, the seed rice caught in the opening of the pot is pushed into the pot together with a part of the covering soil. At this time, the pressure tool does not directly touch the top of the pot, so the top of the pot does not deform or the pot sheet floats up. Also, as claimed in claim 2, if the excess soil is swept away with a rotating brush provided at the bottom of the suppressing tool to expose a little of the top of the pot,
A thick layer of soil is applied and pressure is applied to ensure that the seed rice falls into the pot, and excess soil is removed when raising seedlings, which means that heating and humidification are effective. Good germination and rooting can be achieved.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the seed rice caught in the opening at the upper end of the pot is pushed indirectly into the pot through the covering soil, so that the seed rice can be pushed into the floor of the pot without causing damage or deformation of the pot. It is now possible to properly drop seedlings into the soil and raise them. In particular, if the structure is configured so that the excess soil is swept out after the covering and compaction, the above-mentioned compaction can be carried out sufficiently through the thick covering of soil, but when actually raising seedlings, it is possible to reduce the amount of covering soil as much as possible. It is possible to cause germination and rooting.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows the overall structure of a seeding machine according to the present invention. This seeding machine includes a bed soil supply device 3, a seeding device 4, a soil covering device 5, and an irrigation device 6 are arranged in this order, and the seedling raising box 1 is configured to be loaded with paper and a pot sheet 7 as shown in FIG. 4 and proceed to each stage. The pot sheet 7 is formed by straining pulp material in a wire mesh mold and dehydrating it under vacuum, and is made up of a large number of pyramid-shaped pots 9 with a narrowed top and a seeding opening 8 formed in the upper end in a vertical and horizontal manner. They are aligned and molded as one piece. When this pot sheet 7 is cut out, the upper end of each pot 9 is closed, and the opening 8 is formed by horizontally cutting the upper end of the pot.

Next, the process of seeding using the above-mentioned seeding machine will be explained. (1) As shown in FIG. 2, the seedling raising box 1 loaded with the pot sheet 7 is first carried into the bed soil supply device 3, and is supplied with bed soil. The bed soil supply device 3 includes a feeding belt 11 and a shutter 12 for adjusting the feeding amount at the bottom of a hopper 10, and the fed bed soil is supplied to the inside of each pot 9 and the joint between the pots in the pot sheet 7. be done. A guide roller 13, which serves as a guide member that presses the upper end surface of the pot sheet 7 downward to correct the warping of the pot sheet 7, is installed at an upper portion of the bed soil supplying portion of the bed soil supplying device 3, and a guide roller 13 is installed at a fulcrum P. Arm 1 pivoted downward at the center
The pot sheet 7 is equipped to be able to move up and down through the pot sheet 4, and the pot sheet 7 advances to the next step without returning to its warp due to the weight of the bed soil. (2) The seedling raising box 1 that has been supplied with bed soil has a rotating brush 15
receives a sweeping and leveling effect. At this time, the upper end of the pot 9 is exposed by several millimeters. (3) Manually load the seeding board 16 from above the seedling raising box 1 from which the bed soil has been swept and leveled. As shown in FIG. 3, this seeding plate 16 is formed with concave guide holes 17 facing the openings 8 of each pot 9 aligned in the pot arrangement. (4) Thereafter, the seedling raising box 1 is vibrated by the vibrator 18 provided on the conveyor line 2, and the bed soil in the box is filled in the pot 9, leading to the next sowing process. (5) In the seeding device 4, as shown in FIG.
Send grain seed rice. (6) After the seeding process, the seeding board 16 is removed and the soil covering process begins. (7) Supply enough soil to cover pot 9, as shown in Figure 5.
Immediately after that, a pressure roller (pressure tool) 20 is applied to the top surface of the soil covering, as shown in FIG. By this compression, even if the seed rice is caught on the edge of the opening 8 of the pot 9, it can be pushed into the inside of the opening 8 together with a part of the covering soil. (8) Next, as shown in FIG. 6, use the rotating brush 21 to sweep the surface of the covered soil to remove excess soil so that the seed rice is hidden and the top of the pot 9 is slightly visible. (9) After that, the watering device 6 is used to add 1
Supply approximately 0.8 to 1 liter of water per box, or water containing disinfectant. With the above steps, the seeding process is completed, and the seedling growing box 1 is carried into the germination chamber and begins the growing process.
