Claims (1)
- 固定用ピンを挿入できるＵ字状切欠き部２を予
め端面に設けた金属芯材１の表面に、絶縁層３を
形成すると共に、上記Ｕ字状切欠き部２に接する
絶縁層の部分を切削して位置揃え用スリツト４を
形成したことを特徴とする金属芯積層板。
